I am just going to let it ride, no sense in selling just yet. No real red flags as of now. Even though he let it drop off of being current doesn't mean the company is about collapse. For all we know he may have hired a new auditor and they are going over everything in detail.

Yah, but you have to admit, this is a strange piece of work. There is something different about how this stock trades. It is almost too volatile and pretty much anything can manipulate it.

gotta say that I was wrong. the 27th i figured it would be in .000 land lol. Its holding pretty good from the way I'm figuring now. Maybe the plan is to load down here and get back to current with a mountain of shares? Who really knows what the crooks are doing.

**It looks like he's timing it for 10 days from now to be tapped out of bidders. Lets see if Im right. Triple .0001 in 10 days from now AGINE. 06-17-2016 start date 06-27-2016 because that is the dead line to get back to current by my count.

typically 30 calendar days for U.S. companies and 60 calendar days for most U.S. banks and non-U.S. companies. If the company files complete required reports during the grace period, the "E" will be removed; if it does not, the company's stock symbol will be removed from trading on the OTCBB.

The Form 10-Q for the three months ended March 31, 2016 will not be submitted by the deadline due to a situation where the workload exceeds available personnel. Certain events and activities during and subsequent to the end of the reporting period required the reallocation of time normally used for the preparation of the report. The Registrant’s independent auditors will not be able to complete their review of the financial statements prior to May 16, 2016.

Im guessing 30 days from today is when the report is due. See industry standards.
