When the SEC Admin Law Judge revokes a company's stock registration it means the stock cannot trade on any public market. Shareholders still own their shares but there is no longer a ticker symbol for the shares.

Essentially shareholders own shares of a private company. If the company has any business operations and any assets you could seek legal counsel to go after the company....but in most instances a company with a revoked stock registration either didn't have any business operations or assets, or will not relinquish any assets to shareholders.

Legitimate companies do not cease reporting to the SEC, knowing the consequences are revocation of their stock registration at extreme consequence to all shareholders.

Try contacting the company to see if it still exists and is operating.
