I doubt it, unless you count football tickets and trips. I think it would have come out sooner.
The thing about it is, very few men want to come out with that stuff later in life. It's very humiliating.

I have a feeling that some of the families may have been paid to keep their mouths shut also just like the catholic church did with the priests.

IF these were kids with nothing, the mothers were probably glad to have someone give their kids something. Perhaps a role model? A chance to see Penn St? Apparently some of the mothers told him just not to shower with their kid again. How does one explain the kids who stayed with Michael Jackson?
People see what they want to see. Murderers have parents.

I am speechless. The more I read, the more questions I have.

Where was his wife when he had these boys sleeping over in his basement? Didn't she think it odd that he would be down in the basement with them?

They had adopted children. Did he ever abuse any of them?

How many people were paid off to keep their mouths shut?

And finally......how could these mothers that were aware of the crime not pursue it more? If it were me, I would call every newspaper and news show to get the story out there.

Simply disgusting on every level.

Penn State child-sex probe widens to Texas

Police in San Antonio, Texas are investigating allegations that Jerry Sandusky molested a boy while on a 1998 team trip to the city, a spokesman said.

The probe - based on testimony laid out in last weekend's grand jury presentment - could lead to additional charges for the embattled former Pennsylvania State University assistant football coach.

"We are investigating the possibility that an offense may have happened while here in San Antonio," police department spokesman Officer Matthew Porter said.

According to the grand jury report, Sandusky brought the boy in question - identified as Victim 4 - along with his wife to the 1998 Outback Bowl and 1999 Alamo Bowl.

The child traveled to and from both bowl games with the football team and shared their accommodations, the report said. The teen reportedly told the grand jury that when he resisted Sandusky's advances while on that trip, the coach threatened to send him back to Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania prosecutors allege that Sandusky molested at least eight boys between the mid-1990's and 2009, all of whom he met through The Second Mile a charity he founded in 1997.

He has denied all charges.
