Bio nice to see you post here. We have and may still be in some of the same stocks.
We would love to see you join us here if you decide to buy in.
Many of us are large holders in AFFU and are holding Long and strong.
Many of us have been hoping for a nice drop in price to buy more shares. The problem is we keep waiting and waiting for a correction and it hasn’t happened.
Someone just bought at least 1 million shares Thursday-Friday. We don’t know who but it was a strong purchase. Either they feel the stock is going higher or they may know something.
BIO does tkmo have its own webpage on Dell
https://www.delltechnologies.com/partner/en-us/partner/edge-ecosystem/find-a-partner/onemind-technologies-slu.htm
OneMindTechnologies is owned by Affluence.
I looked at tkmo and bcnn in the past.
I just looked at the tkmo website to find partners or leading partners but they do not have a list of partners.
OneMindng has partnerships with at least 21 companies
Dell Technologies
Orange Business Services
Nvidia
Corsight
Ciber C
Global Hitss
Core42
Hikvision
Linha Direta
GLOBE
Claro Empresas
StockTotal
Storey
Smart Living Products
Helios Technology & Innovation
Ideia de Luz
Light Delight Company
Propulsar
Remp
Relm Tecnologia
Ultrum
Envira IOT
Maybe more partners in the future with maybe
But these are speculation for now.
World Sensing
Loyaltio
BCN Smart Technologies
Qaxis
Diprotech
The list has grown over the years.
Bio i have proven to DT these stocks run on notes or no notes. All these penny stocks have notes.
I am in it because i want to see Patrick Shutt get in here and make Affluence a success like he has with his past companies.
If and when these mergers take place revenues will go higher. This a i Smart Technologies business area is booming all over the world.
Even if Patrick Shutt doesn’t get Durham Black merger completed and we get the latest 3 completed revenues will triple
If Durham Black and Contrivian mergers get completed we could see Patrick Shutt turn Affluence into an 1/8th $Billion ($125,000,000) company in no time or a short time anyway. He has a proven track record!
If he can get it to that he could probably get it to a half $Billion company in a few years or more with the demand that this technology is demanding
While the banter is cute the actual facts are these. There is no convertible bottles due. You have to read into the history of the notes and WHOB they are with. Each note due has been rewritten as bd the people who own them are also the largest stake holders in the company.
The next thing you should do and always do this first is look at the share structure. Every month for the past year I put up the TA month over month share structure.
If you look you will see that the increase is very minimal. In the last 12 month we have had less than 100,000 shares added to the OS. Now you find me a single Sub penny m, which AFFU has been for mist of the previous year, and I will buy it. There is no dilution there is only operating costs that has been covered by insiders and noted that have been rewritten over two or three times
My suggestions is this font just read the headline read the whole story. If you join us welcome aboard if you don’t no big deal
Any DD you need this check myself check Okdstocks and everyone else with a few mints history or more. It’s all here
You're saying long term liabilities correct?
Thank you for your link. Just doing the math in my head for 2023. Long-term liabilities increased $270,000. The only thing popping into my head was a 99.9% certainty OneMind NG did an upgrade to there AI engine and almost as certainly it was a customization for Contrivian.
Possibly the 3 other unmentioned companies asked the same of AFFU but that is much more difficult to ascertain ATM. This is all opinion on my part ⚠️
My 2 coppers bud hope this helps. 🤔
https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/398618/content
Look it up under liabilities. Companies might be merging but learned a valuable lesson from TKMO always take debt inherent to the shell in consideration.
Annual what exactly? AFFU has no filings yet.
The Internet is there for the public to see as well that doesn't mean it's easy to find. Lord Jesus man, 6 different companies Bio! Come out with it so others can help you. The other companies are not public yet so where you're getting this from isn't clear at all.
I noticed DTGoody is in this stock as well, and if my memory serves me well I know he doesn’t like to invest where there is dilution. I checked the financials and saw a lot of overhanging convertible notes, so I was wondering what oldstocks, powerbattles, DTGoody, … have to say before investing here.
RichieBoy, I’m interested in buying shares in this company. It’s in the annual for everyone to see. I like to be informed that’s all.
Why aren't you saying where you found that.
I mean instead of expertly throwing the proverbial spanner in the works with no accountability. Strongly throwing your intent into huge question here. Wouldn't it be more prudent to provide a link rather than stir up a hornet's nest. Seems you're several smidgeons short on board etiquette is on the top of my mind TBH.
Monday will be great start of the week-
Great week everyone. No sellers screwing things up. Going to start next with a large bid offer and .015 on the asking price Could be the start if the move up to the next level.
Have a good weekend everyone
Everything you point out it absolutely correct and as far as I can gather the sole purpose for the change was for Durham Black to become a public company...
Also .015 is now up on the ASK ... any takers out there...come on who is itching to push us to the biggest resistant point until .02 LOL
Durham Black was an LLC now converted to Incorporated
Just thought I should repost, This is what I found
Here are my thoughts and my thoughts alone.
This could be the that the Durham Black merger is getting closer to being completed or it could be nothing.
A lot of times when companies do reverse mergers or even mergers sometimes they change the status of company.
An LLC cannot be a public company traded on the stock market.
An LLC can be owned by a public company.
For Durham Black to be the surviving company after a reverse merger or reverse triangular merger and name change it would have to be an incorporation.
A reverse takeover (RTO), reverse merger, or reverse IPO is the acquisition of a public company by a private company so that the private company can bypass the lengthy and complex process of going public.
A reverse triangular merger occurs when an acquiring company forms a subsidiary in order to purchase a target company, which then absorbs the subsidiary to create a new company. This differs from a reverse merger, which involves a smaller private company absorbing a larger publicly-listed company.
Domestic BCA:
Any company that files Articles of Incorporation in the State of Illinois under the Business Corporation Act of 1983, as amended is considered a domestic corporation in the State of Illinois.
Nice purchase there!
I see the BID was pretty much filled a 725000 buy at .013 went thru at one thirty this afternoon... that could pay nice dividends here very soon
That is the plan.. LOL
They will be well off enough to buy you a drool cup, surely?😉
Right, he/she moved it up as soon as the .013 were gone... I am thinking like you... could see the push up from this level begin real soon now.
Your looking at one of the people who, if you go way, way back had Apple stock when it was in the single digit range... low single digits...when they fired Steve Jobs...then brough him back and he got the company moving and when it hit $12 a shares I sold it... I was still a working stiff and had just got my big promotion at Sears... so I decided to get rid of my 17300 shares of Apple and put it all into Sears.... we were going places dont you know Sears was the largest retailer in the world, bigger then Walmart at that time... Well Apple went to become a hundred dollars a share company and has had 3, maybe 4 splits then. Oh and Sears and my dreams all went up in smoke when K-Mart bought us out in 2005... Fuc*ing K-Mart bought Sears... I retired at 57 because of the Apple profits and my 401K. Became a day trader and have been at it ever since. But now have Apple Night Mares ever night on what could have been had I kept Apple... 75 now and wont ever get the chance Apple gave me... but who knows one day after I am long gone from trading my two daughters will tell their kids... You know you grandfather bought DigiBricks when it was only a penny.... their reply will be ... Yea right mom, you mean that guy in the chair over there with the drool on is chin bought DigiBricks... WOW
Not a fake bid so that’s a start. Could see it push up from here imho
I am telling you OS..this whole thing is going to be way bigger then we could have possibly imagined, this is so far beyond the scope of a penny stock its laughable.
People can do what they want, they can invest where they want... but with what we have been seeing and with the DD we have all gathered... a stock selling for .013 and it has a very viable amount of due diligence that says when done a penny will be so far in the review mirror you wont even be able to see it... how do you not play the Loto and buy shares. If it does not make it and we are way off...what have you lost a few hundred bucks or maybe a thousand if your willing to play the long shots...
As I have said once we get moving I will be supporting the ASK to keep it going as it spreads it wings. Not going to throw money at it now just to keep it here... I have all I really need if I dont buy another share at these prices... but am willing to average up when need be
Wow...5.5x in 8 years.
Its very, very important for everyone to realize that there will be and are 100 's and 100's of projects that are opening up...only a very small percentage of them are of the magnatude of the Saudi and Dubai size. OneMind for example will do projects for a city that only wants its emergency system to be upgraded. Fire Police and Medical.. they may not want every aspect of what OneMind does.. they get that contract and then use whats at their disposal inside of the Subsidiary that DigiBricks will become, one two or all three company with in the one company.
Where the consistent money and profit will be is in the fact that if OneMind gets a contract and then discovers it needs someone to work on the communications aspect for example they then have to Sub Contract that work out... same as the builder of your house does... your builder puts up the house. but subs out the plumbing, the electrical the pouring of the foundation... Well all of that will be under the DigiBrick umbrella so OneMind will use its own people...
This connection with Dell will be at the liberty of when Dell needs them... but the growth will be when Dell needs them and they have 2 or 3 of their own jobs going on at the same time...
Time for people to start thinking big here and soon... this idea of waiting and willing to wait for months or another year, thats not how this sector works... This is a projection from AI when I asked the projected grown of the IoT If Affluence is going to be a player in this they need to be up and running yesterday or they will be a step behind as the technology moves forward.
The Internet of Things (IoT) market is expected to grow from $714.48 billion in 2024 to $4,062.34 billion by 2032, at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 24.3%. The IoT hardware segment is projected to account for more than 50% of the market by 2027, with a CAGR that exceeds 12%.
Dj i updated that post
I just had a chat with ai asking if any upcoming events for Contrivian
Contrivian has some exciting upcoming events:
International Telecoms Week: This event will take place from May 15-17, 2024 in National Harbor, Maryland, USA. You can meet with the Contrivian team at ITW. If you’re interested, you can contact events@contrivian.com to schedule a time to meet with their carrier relations and partner teams1.
CCT 2024: This is the global Cloud, Content and Telecoms Summit, an executive-level gathering focused on solving the challenges of today’s digital infrastructure ecosystem. The event will be held from June 17-19, 2024 in Dublin, Ireland1.
In other news, Contrivian has recently launched its sophisticated client application, North Star™, which optimizes its network service design, order, monitor, and management1.
Also, Affluence Corporation announced its intent to acquire Contrivian, Inc., expanding its product portfolio into the $500b global connectivity market1.
This is part of a series of acquisitions planned by Affluence Corporation1.
I asked ai if Durham Black Inc had any upcoming events
Durham Black Inc. has some interesting upcoming events:
International Telecom Week 2024 (ITW): Durham Black is attending the International Telecom Week 2024, which will take place from May 15th -17th in National Harbor, MD1.
You can meet their leadership team and learn more about their offerings1.
Please note that the details of other events might not be available at the moment.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information, I recommend checking Durham Black’s official website or contacting them directly1.
As for ai I asked about OneMindNg
What is new with OneMindNg upcoming events?
Copilot
OneMindNG, the IoT Smart Hypervisor orchestrator, has been actively participating in important trade fairs and supporting their partners in sectors where IoT is in use1. However, specific details about their upcoming events are not available at the moment. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, I recommend checking OneMindNG’s official website or contacting them directly1.
In other news, OneMindNG has been invited as part of the signature ceremony of the partnership of KAFD with Orange Business2. They have also been recognized as the Best Solution Partner for the Middle East by Orange Business2. OneMindNG continues to create new business opportunities and partnerships in various sectors1.
OneMindNG’s platform is designed to help companies and managers make smart decisions in real time, based on the data they have at hand2. They aim to simplify the use and connectivity of the connected objects and systems at the heart of smart industries2. Their solution enables SMART implementation and helps you make SMART decisions in real time2. They support you in generating a data-driven plan of action2.
For more information or to book a live demo of their OneMindNG platform, you can contact their experts2.
With Dell's existing customer base, if they can increase sales to them with one stop shopping, given the obvious competitiveness of what ONEMINDNG, has offered to the Saudi deal and other contracts gotten,
NOT SHRINKING is more desirable if growth against the top 10 is not produce able.
It is way too much for my small mind to comprehend in any other big picture way, than to simply see all the essential nuances are incomprehensible for me to see, let alone combine in an understandable comprehensive whole.
Thanks for the patient and tolerating replies, all
If a list of top 50, where wud dell, with edge partner ONEMINDNG, BE?
The gap to close must be small or this initial group of AFFU, DB, CONTRIVIAN, ONE MIND NG must be sufficient in and of themselves to find a lucrative niche if getting larger is stymied by top ten competition?
Or just two short years ago Dell brought OneMindTechnology in as a vendor... then OneMind Technology continued to grow internally and went from OneMind Technology to OneMindNG (Next Generation) which in turn began to blow Dell's mind and they raised their status from Vendor ( check the original Nov 2022 PR and you will see they were classified as a Vendor at that time) to Edge partner... their highest level for companys outside of Dells ownership. In 2023 Dell saw the opportunity for greater expansion and brought in DataBricks and teamed them with OneMind... OneMind said we could do even more with the additions of these three category's and in late 2023 approached Jim who in turn approached Patrick and in turn said we can make all of this happen and the ball hit the public air waves in the middle of 2024 with the announcement of Durham Black joining Affluence ... just as simple as that... There is a need in this Trillion Dollar arena that far exceeds all other needs... its Speed, act now get the jump on the others who are in the sector or get left behind. There is no luxuary of waiting years for something to develop.. this is not Bio Tech where you need 7 years to get a drug out, this is IoT and you have 12 to 24 months to get to the head of the line.
Notice on this list whos name is not listed in the Top Ten... if they want to get there they need to Act Now.

My bad.
A rose bed
By any other name.
Shakespeare thingy not Citizen Kane.
If this is going colossus, then it has to be thought out in advance from top down and bottom up.
In the competitive arena for trillions, not 100s of billions, they better have had a VISION of where thus was leading at least a couple years ago? Feeling there way about this "trillion dollar elephant" like the proverbial 6 blind men, and sorting things out like thise 6 men is just cobbling things together on the fly. No way they are doing that unless insufficient information in the past precluded such comoetitive, perhaps standardizing VISION
FORMATION?
A rosebud by any other name...?
I do, I think that Dell DataBriks and OneMindNG got together and discussed how to expand their portfolio and OneMind said this is what we could use to get our side of it going..OneMind went to Affluence told them and Jim said we need someone with more clout and experience then me to make this a go... So he got with Patrick and when you look at the very first PR we got telling us about Durham Black this is what it said
Affluence Corp a leader in Smart City Software and Internet of Things (IoT) technology, today announced it has partnered with strategic advisory firm Durham Black to execute a two-pronged growth strategy that will unlock new markets for its wholly owned subsidiary, OneMind Technologies, while adding increased value through new acquisitions thereby establishing Affluence as a global leader in solutions that power both smart industries and next generation Internet.
So Durham spearheaded the search and came up with these 3 company's took it all back to Dell and they said go for it and here we are.
Now I know this is going to be considered fantasy by more people then who will think its possible.. but I think its very possible... and maybe the guy on the bid trying to buy almost 1,000,000 shares at .0128 does too.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/AFFU/news/Affluence-Corporation-Partners-with-Durham-Black-to-Position-the-Company-for-Growth?id=425358
TJ is it plausible that
Dell Technologies had a meeting with the group
OneMind
Affuence
Durham Black
Contrivian
and the 3 unidentified companies
Do you think Dell Technologies discussed with them where Dell wants to be heading and hinted they should get together and form Digibriks to partner with Dell Technologies for all to get to where they all need to be as the market leaders????
We are on the same page, except if I am to go with my theory then I have to pick Stéphane Eyme, running it, one reason is again the wording in the PR it says the 3 un named company Along With OneMInd with form the new company... granted they are unnamed so he can say Alice, Bill, and Steve will join OneMind. But if I am going to support my Dell theory, then I go with Stephane simply because he has over 2 years of experience working with Dell. I dont think the others have worked with Dell, if so they are hidden pretty deep as I have scoured Dell looking for anyone that could have some Dell background but is small enough to be absorbed in a acquisition for Affluence, which as stated really has no funds to out right buy a company and no other actual background in the AI sector other then OneMind.
And there is no offending a comment here, just opinions on where we may be headed... I also am not thinking 5 million in revenue is all that big when we are talking about the sector we are trying to become a major player in... 5 million would be a good starting point for quarterly earnings. IMO only
Either way I am just anxious to get this train out of the station and moving on down the tracks.
I differ on one thing:
we do not know anything about the management of the 3 as yet unidentified companies.
This is not how to say without offending your comment.
The 3 companies we were told in the news release that the revenue was around $5 million and gross profit was about $1 million.
That is a feat to have completed in its self.
As undisclosed as it may be i think Digibriks is being spearheaded by one of the undisclosed companies and i believe the leading officer(s) of that company may have a hand in leading positions in other companies also which is a feat to accomplish too.
I will agree i do not know anything about the management of 2 of them as of yet unidentified companies. Because i have a very strong hunch about 1 of them from my DD of public information
I think its very possible, as for talent there is plenty to go around.. we do not know anything about the management of the 3 as yet unidentified companys, but we do know about the talent that surrounds Durham Black, Contrivian, and OneMind. For those that want to do the DD and see what each of those brings to the table just follow these links
Durham Black: https://durham-black.com/the-team-1
Contrivian: https://www.contrivian.com/about/
OneMindNG: https://onemindng.com/company/ (Scroll down when opening the link to see the entire management team)
Lot of excellent people involved with these company's and of coarse we are all very familiar with Patrick Shutt, of Durham Black by now. We have plastered his Bio on this thread multiple times.
Tj are you kidding me!!!
Do you think Digibriks can be successful like Databricks?
Digibriks would need all 5 mergers in place with the leading talented business people who are in place and more talent to lead the market. I am glad you brought Databricks up. I wish you would have lead that to us sooner. Lets get these mergers completed.
Glad i am loaded and in for the long haul.
Quick Search:
How much is Databricks stock worth?
Stoc
Databricks is not a publicly traded company, so it can't be found on any stock exchange at this moment in time. This means that there is no Databricks ticker symbol or official stock price, but the company's recent valuation at a $43 billion market cap would give it an estimated pre-IPO stock price of $73.50.

Growth from smaller products and strong net retention help explain how Databricks has scaled as quickly as it has. The company disclosed in August 2022 that it had reached a $1 billion annualized run rate, and $800 million worth of annual recurring revenue at the end of 2021. Mar 7, 2024

If you would like to take a ride into the most incredible outcome let’s look at this
Dell Technology teamed up with OneMind in Nov 2022. They have been an Edge partner with Dell since 2023.
In 2023 Dell formed a partnership ship, very similar to the OneMind partnership, with a company called DataBriks (Data not Digi). Read about it in the link below. Read what DataBriks does with Dell and then ask could DigiBriks be the other hand here Remember Data and Digital are two parts of the AI machine.
Data is the result of processing, analyzing, or encoding information from a signal, while digital data is information that is shared using technological devices.
Once formed DigiBirks will have all of the components to be a fully functional Digital company. OneMind is already a top tier partner with Dell.
Fiction or Reality you tell me
Dell and DataBriks announcement here:
https://www.dell.com/en-us/blog/dell-and-databricks-announce-multicloud-analytics-ai-solution/
TJ if that were true who would be taking the lead in OneMind?
Affluence put out the news about Digibriks and OneMind.
As we know Affluence nor OneMind took the lead with Digibriks from what was found with public records, it was an undisclosed company that took the lead with Digibriks from the public info that has been found from the DD research.
Is this some kind of a reverse merger into One Mind Technologies?
Are one of the undisclosed companies going to take the lead?
Is OneMind Technologies going to do a spinoff with a new name Digibriks? This is an interesting thought.
After all the undisclosed companies were stated to have:
the combination of these three companies recorded approximately $5 million in revenue and over $1 million in EBITDA. That is more than OneMind!
Digibriks will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Affluence, giving OneMind Technologies an end-to-end solution and entry into Telecom, Manufacturing as well as expanding its footprint into the Smart City markets.
Just for spits and giggles a spinoff if planned and we all get shares of the new company.
This allows Durham Black to merge into Affluence and to take Contrivian in as a new subsidiary allowing Patrick Shutt to take Contrivian to a worldwide leading industry in Connectivity.
Something to think about. It has been a thought in my mind. I don't know maybe I see and think differently.
Either way it seems to be a win win for everyone.
I have seen it happen before.
I want Durham Black to merge into Affluence!
I want Contrivian merged into Affluence as a new subsidiary!
I want Patrick Shutt to take the lead in Affluence to take Contrivian into a $200 billion company!
If anyone can do it, Patrick Shutt can.
Actually if you read it again you will see that OneMind and the 3 new companies will FORM a new company called DigiBricks.
They won’t be joining any other company From the PR
“today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire three IoT technology companies and, along with OneMind Technologies, will form a new company named Digibriks. “
There is no doubt JAGx will go up. But Lisa has nothing to do with it I think it’s in spite of her. I have taken profit twice so not complaining
Jim is Lisa and this merger is our Phase III CANT WAIT
Thanks very much OS ✔️
SMCE has nothing to do with Digibriks
Digibriks was mentioned in the Affluence April 9th news.
As far as I took the news the 3 undisclosed merger candidate's and OneMind will be in a group with Digibriks
The Durham Black and Affluence merger I want to see completed.
The Contrivian merger I want to see completed.
The Durham Black and Contrivian mergers is what I see holds the best future for us with Patrick Shutt and Mary with their proven past businesses.
The other 3 undisclosed mergers is icing on the cake that will take revenues to 3.5 higher with gross profit.
Does SMCE have a chance with Digibriks...
Just curious tapped out ATM and frankly have no idea what Patrick is going to do with the other three.
Tj Lisa has me smiling better now. I should have held all of Lisa's shares longer. Just as good to still have some.
That just goes to prove all of these will head back up.
Now if AFFU can take a lead.................................
Not I, but I totally approve of it who ever it is.
TJ and others anyone interested in disclosing that 980K bid offer, maybe we can narrow it down.
