Well finra IS behind if there are tickers that are taking 9+ months to come thru. Not sure why some taking shorter time. I don't know what the heck finra is doing, since obviously I don't work there.
Awwi, I'm not worried about it at all, I've been with this ticker wayyy over a year and know a whole lot about it. The only thing I question is finras ability to get stuff done because apparently they are struggling.

AWWI has a market cap of 306K. It is fishy!

139,267,840 * .0022 = 306,389.

Now i see who the lawyer is.

After the split they will have about 14k shares O/S. A joke for a public company.

I just don't see how it will take another 2 months as you noted in PM (I couldn't reply there since I don't have premium) plus Peder doesn't talk to anyone, last time we spoke to him was very long time ago. He is strictly under "quiet period" and won't say a word. If it takes another 2 months it'll be passed his 1 year July 21 PR. No way this is all taking over a year. It's kind of ridiculous. I've seen a few other RS coming thru and it took them 3 months from filing to being approved. This makes zero sense.

I was told that they were backed up and that a lot of people left, but I didn't know it was this bad that we have to wait almost a whole year for this RS. I know other tickers that took about 9 months for a name change.

Everhome Realty, Inc., a Nevada corporation (FKA Alpha Wastewater, Inc.)(“Everhome NV” or the “Company”) entered into a share exchange with Everhome Realty, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Everhome DE”) on July 16, 2021 and changed its name to Everhome Realty, Inc., Everhome is in the process of preparing its financial reporting and statements to and reporting systems to be USGAAP compliant and in preparation to undergo a PCAOB audit. Under the terms of the share exchange agreement a reverse stock split was required as well as a name change and trading symbol change- these items are described further in the supplement that was posted in July of 2021 and are the subject of a Finical Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) corporate action notification filed with FINRA thereafter. The financial statements attached hereto have not been adjusted for the reverse stock split or rounding, nor do they reflect the issuance of new shares under the Everhome share exchange agreement . Only Everhome NV’s operations are included and they do not contain any of EverhomeDE’s operations. While its preference was to file consolidated financial statements the Company opted to file EverhomeNV’s Disclosure and Financial Statements and then to file consolidated financial statements that incorporate the EverhomeDE operations as quickly as possible however, the share exchange and reverse stock split will have a significant impact on them and remain under review with FINRA. Unless required sooner, the Company will continue to trade on a pre exchange pre split basis until FINRA provides its approval to announce these actions.
