I am with you Tigerstock. I have not seen any filings either regarding a reverse stock split. I have only seen a filing for a reverse dividend payment. More post for ADHC can be found at ADHCD. GLTY

No one knows the reason for this.

Let's think stupid. This is a new start for Rebel..... And then what?
Does anyone have a meaning about what's going to happen now.
Will there be dillution after dillution? Is this because some big investor wants to step in?

In other words.....shoot, what's next......

i was wondering myself. Not sure what happened yesterday, could it be some wierd shorting by MM'S?? Yesterday the board was talking about a RS, I cannot believe that the way this stock was ascending that that would ever happen, so I guess we will see next week. I am just praying the stock was being manipulated for the last month or so and now all those shares sold by someone for a few bucks. Maybe yesterdday was one huge short and this stock will ascend again, keeping my fingers crosses.
