it looks like a picked up a few at .007 today. i love these low floaters, if this has merged and the share structure has remained this low, after people see whats up, the sky could be the limit.

Shareholders update:

To All Shareholders of Amistar Corporation February 14, 2011
The 2010 annual meeting of shareholders was held as scheduled on December 30, 2010. A majority of shareholders entitled to vote was represented at the meeting thus constituting a quorum. Mr. Bobby Watson was elected as the sole board member and the two proposals were both approved.

The search for a merger candidate or technology license is ongoing with no results as of year-end. I will keep you informed of our progress via the Amistar website.
