Sarissa Drilling Update on Nemegosenda Carbonatite Property
Wednesday December 10, 10:00 am ET


BAY CITY, MI--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 10, 2008 -- Sarissa Resources, Inc., ("Sarissa" or the "Company") (Other OTC:SRSR.PK - News) is pleased to provide this update on the 2008 Phase One diamond drilling program of the main D zone on its Lake Nemegosenda Carbonatite property near Chapleau in Northern Ontario. The drilling follows closely on the positive results obtained from samples taken over the past 6 months.

The first hole, DDH-208-08-69, completed upon reaching a vertical depth of 200 metres. The drill core has been transferred to Kirkland Lake where it is being logged and split in preparation for assaying. In addition, Sarissa's geologist will be conducting a more detailed radiometric analysis on the core using a hand-held scintillometer. During the drilling, random readings of the core with the scintillometer returned up to 96 counts per second ("cps"), against background readings of approximately 15 cps.

Readers are cautioned that scintillometer readings are not directly or uniformly related to grades of the rock samples measured and should be used only as a preliminary indication of the presence of radioactive materials. Sarissa uses scintillometer readings as a reliable guide for its continuing exploration program. For general comparisons of scintillometer cps readings vs. assay results, please review results posted at Sarissa's website comparing historical results.

The drill has been moved to the 2nd planned location and is targeted to complete by the end of this week. This hole is targeted to go to a vertical depth of 250 metres to test for depth extension of the mineralized zone.

The current drilling program has been designed to test the historically reported niobium inferred resource, initially identified and extensively explored by Dominion Gulf Company ("Gulf"), and subsequently written up in numerous Ontario Geological Survey reports. Gulf's extensive exploration and development work was conducted in the late 1950s and 1960s, and Gulf calculated the reserves in the main D Zone to be 20,000,000 tons of 0.47% Nb2O5 material in an area of 600 feet by 800 feet and to a depth of 600 feet*.

This is a new company as of September 2008. When the current owners took over the shell they did a 1-15 RS in conjunction with the name and symbol change. The REGDEX filing listed on pinksheets is a private placement funding for 50 million preferreds, 20 million we know have sold, these shares are restricted.

There has been absolutely no dilution by the company as they have other means of raising capital than diluting common shares. The company did however hire OTCReporter to promote the stock and gave them 10 million shares which OTCReporter has already sold, this is indicated in the charts as a rather dramatic drop in pps around November 18th. Why the dramatic drop? Extrememly low float with only 30 million shares free trading. Look at the historical trading on it and you will be rest assured that there has been no dilution. The reason I bring this up and am so adamant about showing that there has been no dilution is that there are a few shareholders from the previous company who were more than likely pretty badly burned by ex management and would swear that the company dumped shares, however there is no proof of that at all.

The company itself has entered into the rapidly growing market of Veterinary Oncology and proposes to build several cancer treatment facilities around the country. To give an example of the market PHMB is breaking into, here is the history of Florida Veterinary Specialists and Cancer Treatment Facilities:
