Lol, this guy with 81k for sale through MM INTL is relentlessly undercutting every ask order. He really wants out.

If he would split the order up and just leave it at a specific price he'd probably get his exit.

hey Silky... I think you're right. IMO Too quiet. I inquired about Grapevine a few days back and got no response.I think they're hiding some great news here. With 70% insider ownership I think this may be a hidden gold mine. Of course I'm just thinking. I've been paying attention to the buying here very low key as if they're trying to hide the trading of shares. IMO when they update their reports it's going to be a winner.

They seem to be fully restructuring, pandemic has not helped considering they shifted to music and reality tv!
Really unsure about their virtual meeting software with pinnacle. Seems, unnecessary.

I sold before the dump and wouldn’t touch this anymore but could be a good “in” point s this looks to be bottom.

Nope, it because there is way to much internal conflict inside the company for it to move forward. No one has the same vision. One of my friends was on the board and has since left and started his own production company since they could not follow the roadmap they had all agreed on. This is when it was called Wonderfilm and was suppose to merge with a Korean production company. At this time, I believe everyone who was originally involved with WNDR has left the business.

This company, at least for the time being is a wash.

Hey there my friend I do feel c19 was and is delaying production of certain projects but with PINNACLE under their wing they have a solution a revolutionary solution for the industry they have so much going on music label film division tv division. Once the financials are all cleared up with no blame to the present CEO but I believe if you read the latest PR was due to previous CEO that had to be cleaned up. Even though it was halted in Canada the US has been holding its ground nicely so it looks like people like what they are reading. All the best lets APPRECIATE all that the present ceo has done to turn this company areound

Well Canadian media companies don't get much respect at all but the seller is mostly anonymous so I would think it's probably one seller the good news is the insiders are not selling a single share so if we follow the company news and updates this makes this price soooooooo undervalued I recommend you listen to the audio interview great info there...... all the best to you this company has so much going on for them I feel that PINNACLE is going to be huge considering their partner VIRBELLA is part of a public company and they are trading over 40 dollars a share dig in to the DD and this company seems like an undiscovered gem

(TSXV: AMH) (OTC: AMEFF) ("Appreciated" or the "Company") and Trinity Pictures Distribution Limited ("Trinity") are pleased to announce that they have entered into an arrangement agreement dated August 9, 2021 (the "Arrangement Agreement"), which outlines the terms and conditions pursuant to which Appreciated and Trinity will complete a transaction that, among other things, will result in a reverse takeover of Appreciated by the shareholders of Trinity (the "Transaction") pursuant to TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") Policy 5.2 - Changes of Business and Reverse Takeovers ("Policy 5.2"), as detailed below. The Transaction will be completed by way of a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). In addition, the Company has entered into a debt settlement agreement pursuant to which the Company will settle $120,000 of debt through the issuance of units of the Company (the "Units") and will settle an aggregate of $91,000 owed by the Company to arm's length third parties through the issuance of common shares in the capital of the Company (the "Common Shares") at a deemed price of $0.05 per share in settlement of amounts owing by the Company. In addition, the Company has received a commitment from Oranmore Limited for the provision of a credit facility of up to $1,000,000 to Appreciated for working capital purposes.

Amcomri Media Group, through its subsidiary, Trinity Pictures Distribution Limited (Trinity) has announced a proposed Reverse TakeOver of the TSX-V listed entertainment company, Appreciated Media Inc. (Appreciated).

The proposed transaction, which is subject to the approval of the Shareholders of Appreciated, is an all-share acquisition of Trinity and its subsidiary companies, 101 Films, 101 Films International, Hollywood Classics and Abacus Media Rights and values those operating companies at $50m. Appreciated itself has been largely dormant in recent months.

Following the approval of the shareholders of Appreciated the company will be re-named Amcomri Entertainment Inc. and a number of the management team members of Trinity will join the main board of the listed vehicle. A detailed Circular is to be issued to the shareholders of Appreciated following approval by TSX-V.

Various Amcomri entities have also agreed to convert debts owing to them by Appreciated into equity and Amcomri Holdings Limited will provide a $1,000,000 working capital facility to the group.
