Wow, been a really long time since someone posted here...

These Chinese guys took over they have not done anything,the business is just a scam,I checked this company's business in China,which they described on their wedsite are not true, no even existing, I think we have to report it to SEC, hope no one else will buy this company share like me.

It's gonna be a LOOOONG time, if ever, before anything comes from this stock. But you never know, so I'm holding just to see.

On another note, I got an email this morning from this company's transfer agent.

Looks like my complaint to the SEC was taken seriously. And was the reason for getting the inability to trade issue straightened up.

Here is the content;

Concerning your inquiry and complaint lodged with the Help Desk at the S.E.C. Please be advised that it is our understanding that the Issuer you write about has now completed its corporate action.
Further, all necessary filings have been made with FINRA to allow this company to begin trading on its post split basis.

When contacting the SEC about penny stock issues, you need to explain CLEARLY what is going on, and they WILL take action if necessary. Maybe some of the corruption in the penny market arena will get flushed out. It's WAY past due.

so, at .7 a share you could buy the whole company for $700,000. Sounds way too cheap for almost any real business. I thought they were a 15 mil a year company? If they would provide some financial info it would only help the share price.

Guess what ladies/gentlemen. I recieved a call from the SEC on Friday regarding the complaint that I filed A month or 2 ago. I AM going to try to get them to take action on this company.
All you have to do is read the news releases going back to & thru July 29,2013 to realize that something is WAY out of line here.
It has been 4 1/2 months since the completion of the symbol change was to have taken place. AND STILL NOTHING. Transfer agent still has not notified the brokers regarding this supposed deal.
I smell SCAM big time.

I am very convinced they are doing something illegal. They want to hold back the issuance of shares so they can artificially inflate the PPS. Look at the highs and lows. This company is doing a 1 for 388 reverse stock split. When a company does a reverse stock split, new shares are issued. We are currently awaiting the new shares to be delivered from the agent. This stock has not traded in several months. It purportedly is a buyout situation wherin Arem Pacific Corp. purchased a company's symbol name DMWK (M.A. Gales & Co, Inc.) And was previousely known as diversified Mortgage Workout Corp.

Since Arem Pacific supposedly bought DMWK and then immediately did a reverse split in the month of July, 2013 this stock has been untradeable. No symbol showing up in my account at TD Ameritrade. My money (all though not a lot) has been held up way to long. Arem Pacific Corp. I believe had 20 working days to take care of the paper work to complete the transaction, and get our old DMWK shares switched over to reflect the new ARPC shares. And reflect the 388 for 1 announced reverse split.

My broker (TD Ameritrade) tells me that they have not recieved anything from the transfer agent that will allow them to enter the new symbol into peoples accounts. Others holding this stock are having the same problem.

I feel that something illegal is going on here, and would appreciate it very much if you would look into this matter. Arem Pacific corp. can not keep the shareholders money in limbo like this for such extended periods of time. I am certian that their are applicable laws regarding this transaction that ARE BEING violated.

I also am not able to trade this. Do not have many shares, but still care about the money. This has gone on WAY WAY to long!! Has anyone contacted the SEC about this situation yet??? Thanks jvl - glad they called you and at least we know the status at this time.

I emailed their office 2 weeks ago and they called me on the phone. I was told they are working on getting the approval for electronic trading and when the get that, the online brokerage accounts will update and there should be some activity. I also asked about their plans and was told they are working on everything as described here.

Still waiting for a response from the US Office. Reposting the contact info below for anyone who wants to send a request for an update. Unless we shareholders show up in numbers we will be left on the wayside. I urge you to "keep them honest" and respond.
