6/1/06 Benacquista Commences Share Buyback Program
Benacquista Galleries, Inc. announced today it has commenced its previously announced share buyback program.
On February 21, 2006 we announced that we would be buying back up to 200,000 shares of Benacquista's stock over the next 9-12 months. Today, we would like to report that the company has begun its share buyback program with a purchase of 15,000 shares at .40 cents on May 31st. As shareholders can see in my recently filed form 4, over the past week, I personally have purchased 49,900 shares at an average of .525 cents per share. For me, I can't see any better investment then shares in Benacquista Galleries. We have over four years of hard work in the development of the company and its products. Since the initial launch of the company's flagship product, The Farmacist Desk Reference (FDR) we have received outstanding success and great accolades from all. Author, Don Tolman has embarked on a 7 week tour promoting The FDR throughout the Pacific Rim including, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and Hawaii. 5/19/06 Benacquista Galleries subsidiary, Ynot Eduk8, Inc., announced today that it has made two of its books, Think Fast and Develop your Mental Muscle, available on several new websites. Those websites are www.amazon.com/auctions and eBay.com. The company feels that these new sites will bring many more eyes onto its products. Amazon and eBay get millions of hits per day and have established buyers that frequent their site for much their shopping experience.
Benacquista Galleries President, Jim Price states, 'We felt that expanding our retail network was an important step in our development process. While we're proud of our own network of websites we realize that much of the world's commerce is now conducted on these various sites. We plan to engage in marketing efforts on the respective sites to further promote our product line. Additionally, we are in the process of setting up several more retail affiliations and will disclose them when they are finalized.
We are also very excited to announce that Don Tolman is heading back to Australia in early July. Due to the success of the previous book tour, Mr. Tolman has been asked to appear with a very distinguished panel that will be discussing Physical and Fiscal health. This seminar is called 'Success in the City' and is being presented by Global 1 Training. Don will be appearing in Sidney on July 1st, Brisbane on July 2nd, Melbourne on July 8th, and Adelaide on July 9th. Mr. Tolman is honored to be a part of this event and looks forward to discussing the important issues facing our world.
