CDCI.OB -After the R/S 01-23 (1 for 30 split) shares decreased from 535million shares to approximately 17.6 million shares. But I am adding the last insider's for this so the Outstanding Shares will stand on 18.75 million base on the Outstanding as of the R/S ,Market Cap is 1.8 mil` last price before the R/S was 0.004=0.12 on this price on the R/S,Meaning to get even with the R/S date (price on the R/S date was all time low) stock should be 0.12

net loss was 0.002 vs. 0.009 per shares(I credit this to the dilution before the R/S) in the comparble year ago .
expense reduction was 55% on the 3Q.

Cardinal Hospitality Ltd. Cardinal Hospitality currently has contracts to provide content, service, and in certain cases, to install new systems in 180 hotels with approximately 22,000 rooms throughout Canada. The company also serves five hotels in Aruba and four in the United States, as well as offering service support to hotels in to Scotland, South Africa, and Australia.
October of 2006 -- showed promise, with a profitable month right out of the gate. Mr. Basmajian added, "We expect to see an increase in profitability this year due to at least three elements of our business plan: an increase in the number of installations of new in-room systems, upgrades from our current tape-based systems to our new digital video-on-demand system, and our internal restructuring, which has controlled costs and grown our bottom line. We are all excited to be a part of this new Cardinal initiative.

CDCI officers purchasing large quantities!

CEO bought 638720 shares for $65533 on 28Jan07. That is an average price of .1026 per share. To me that is a sign the CEO thinks the stock is worth more than 10 cents.
