In regard to NDAs.

A confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement is a staple document for any and all companies in business. I have hundreds in multiple folders of my three companies. It is one of the first processes when discussion will involve business confidential or proprietary information.

They do not signify anything more than an agreement to not discuss, share, sell, or otherwise disclose one's information. They are used to discuss ideas or agreements, plans pricing rates, or to purchase software and products.

While a folder on JG's desktop can cause assumption, it really only indicates there is a folder on his desktop. If that folder has CNDAs or NDAs, it could multiple standard versions and not just the NDA many PASO shareholders believe to be a unicorn document.

Hi I’m not sure. I was not in attendance but several Paso investors were, Sinai would pose your question on the PASO board. Skme Pasonknvestors took snap shots of Mr Gonzalez laptop desktop screen where we can see all his folders. One folder title was NDA’s another was called CLX contracts and many more folders all pointing to the fact that there has been no communication with investors because of existing NDA’s and all the other folders paint a positive outlook IMO best of luck to you!

Just pointing out that people don’t write as much as you do if they own 100 shares. Don’t be embarrassed, nobody cares what you put into it until you tryin down play it.

I did not state there is legal problem only stated it is possible. Research does not end when people feel satisfied they've heard enough. Public records search are warranted at present the same as a year ago.

There is no legal issue they are upset that they got baited into a clear scam. Nothing is ever this easy as they made it look like it was going to be with PASO which is why you don’t invest in these. Suck however take it as a leaning experience. And he has much more than 100 shares or he wouldn’t be writing a post such as this I can guarantee it. He most likely put thousands into it which is where the emotional post comes from.

Joey Gonzalez if the RM between PASO and CLXHealth is not completed, you should be ashamed of yourself for deceiving investors with your social media pumping. Hope your TrustAssure and HealthyAmerica partners know who they are dealing with. Do you feel successful and proud each night before you go to sleep or do you have to drink away the knowledge of this impending doom?

I look forward to you being successful in this project, as you have touted, it is a world changer. We have yet to see any "world changing" and I fear you have not lived up to what you pumped to investors.

I am not concerned with an investment personally in PASO, I have 100 shares, that way when this hits the outrageous PPS the foolish pumpers in PASO board and social media believe this will go, then I will more than have covered my loss in your "project". Actually it only needs to go to $1 and I am good.

This board is about CLXHealth, not PASO, but because you cannot complete or remove that portion of this project, then it will always be "Right There Fred" (thanks Bald Billy Boy).

I have been involved with two mergers in the same time as CLX Health talking about one with $PASO.

I am partnered with a publicly traded company that conducted an acquisition of another successful company, start to finish. Both company and corporation conducted business, hiring announcements, new business ventures, contract negotiations, PRs, and social media presence. This corporation and merger company have thousands of business deals and projects ongoing. They are definitely not a fly-by-night group of carpet-baggers.

As of Jan 4, there were the SEC filings for another merger that I have a position in. Both of these companies have been present on the internet documenting their progress for investors, customers, and future customers.

Both of these mergers I am involved with have thousands of employees and contractors, customers, property, products, contracts, an corporate/company staff. They are managing this just fine and showed the business world they can do it.

CLX Health, how many people do you have at the office? 2...3...4? How much capital have you raised for your R&D? What has your revenue been in product/services sales? Has there been anything?

One of your JV partners had to take a PPP loan out to pay JG's paycheck. Is SiriusIQ going to take a second loan out?

I offered my company up to you to help you with this, but you haven't accepted. Maybe you should find the right people to manage your business and merger twitter page.

The U.S. Army's latest combat uniform uses the Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) which refers to the Scorpion W2 camouflage pattern. Then GREED happened since they knew that had this won, hands down. Their price went big.... and the Army said thanks, but no thanks. The Army modified the color and called it their own. Still Top-Secret-Joey keeping all of the high end CLX info from us. Is there even any high end info? I don't think there is at this point. I think his hype and inability to give a clear presentation of product and capabilities has turned this simple data management app into a disaster.

He made this out, along with his chums at PASO, to be the one thing the world needed to survive. That's when the paid pump machine dove in. It was pretty impressive how big that machine was for months. The amount of people who jumped on board was impressive. I wonder how much it costs a company like PASO or people like Joey to get a boiler room operation into full swing.

I'll give you credit Joey, you definitely made some of us some money on your hashtags from your tweets. Too bad it wasn't from actually completing deals or bringing needed products to the market. I guess hype still makes the OTC go though, huh? That's how we will remember you Joey, you'll still be famous, since that is what you want. We can tell.. :)

I would like to talk a little about corporate image and trust.

First, to get it out of the way, I believe in CLX's future, I have a position with $PASO, I have preferred shares with $PASO, I have spent months researching this JV and deal.

Question to you the reader... Do you trust your personal information to a company that cannot conduct a proper Public Information campaign?

It's old to hear people say "if you need your hand held then sell your shares". These tired saying of unknowledgeable OTC traders pop up all over. It seems to be a mantra of those that buy a lot of lottery tickets, and do not know how business works.

Back to the question I asked. There are many variables to that question that should make it hard to answer. Which company am I referring to... how about all of them. PASO, CLX, UST Global, TransUnion, and SiriusIQ Mobile. They have all had a poor information campaign as a whole group. Let's talk about them individually. PASO may be about the standard example of an sub-penny, fly-by-night OTC stock if there ever was one. Multiple names, business attempts, and pump and dump schemes. Their information to the retailer is substandard enough to get a yield sign in the OTC Market. Bad? that's subjective, plenty of similar OTC stocks have the same...invest away. But go back to my original question... Do you trust PASO with your private, privileged, and medical information? They don't even have a phone number to call, a website to visit, an email that answers.

CLX Health LLC is a brand new JV created from elements of two other companies, UST Global and SiriusIQ Mobile LLC. Of these, USTG is the only one that has a name, though one that most have never heard of before PASO RM talks. USTG has 10s of 1000s of employees globally, respectable size and a private company. Have they ever once mentioned this JV or HealthyAmerica? No. Their choice.

SiriusIQ Mobile LLC is the other "company" in the JV. This company has a super fancy website and app, but that seems to be about it. Have you heard anything from them about this world-changing project? No. In fact, they don't mention anything except for a couple of collaborations (RackWare, Madiba, etc), do they have a product or service? Covid must have taken its toll on SiriusIQ, they took a PPP loan. I'd be interested in seeing their the books in the back office. I'll ask again, do you trust SiriusIQ Mobile with your same information? Do yo know anything about the history of this company or how they got to the position they are at?

Back to CLX Health LLC. This brand new LLC has zero history and only an address for public information. Their social media has been misleading at best, then all deleted with only a message of "we'll be back soon". That's an amazing way to start a global crisis mitigation project with international collaboration. That's sarcasm by the way. Here's more, I can't wait to hand over my privileged information to a company that can't even manage social media. It must mean they did not hire a PR professional, that's a shame. PR is being done by one person that deletes his own posts and those of the JV company.

The point of this rambling is not to rant about how this RM with PASO or global explosion of HealthyAmerica and TrustAssure will or will not succeed. The point is to ask you how you trust these companies with you private information when they can't even manage a public relations campaign or social media. From a business standpoint, this is a train wreck and I am in awe that there is even a future for PASO, CLX, and SiriusIQ outside of OTC pump and dumps.

I feel there are several things at play here causing this failed PR. The two companies that have reputation (Transunion and USTGlobal) don't want a haphazard pump campaign associated with them, therefore they do not talk about it. Also, CLX may be trying to get so big that they will eventually lose out on even more when the real-world passes them by and they are saying "wait wait, we were supposed to be the one". Finally, how can companies that have not provided a viable future for themselves or a profitable product/service be allowed share with the public anything of value. Good for TRU and USTG for keeping the JV team quiet (by JV I mean Junior Varsity).

This is the failure for the businesses involved. They have shown they do not care about the public or the shareholders. Do they have to update the public on everything? No, but why not take the opportunity to discuss progress or future (without disclosing NDA material) of this supposed Global-Impact Life-altering project? They missed the mark on that, by a lot.

So the question, do you trust PASO, CLX Health, and SiriusIQ, the three "companies" involved, with your most private of information? They can't even manage a tweet without ultimately deleting it.

Do I need my hand held? No, I don't, but I am sure some of the readers will ask me that. Those will be the same tired people that follow twitter pumpers and say things like "buying cheapie down here" "thanks impatient hands" and use rocket ships to describe their ticker posts. that is some investment strategy to buy cheap worthless stock because some tweet had rocket ships, hoping it will "go to the moon" like a lottery ticket. The market needs you guys as well, I suppose.

Would I do business with either of my companies or companies I represent? Nope, unless they brought me in to give them a new public image. I hope they won't try to pay me in PASO stock if they did.

I suppose it looks like Enron around the ole CLX Health Top Secret Office Complex right now. Shredding and deleting, and trying their best to remove traces of ip addresses that have iHub accounts associated. Oh wait, that can't be deleted...HA.

I imagine this has to be the reason why the errors on the Twitter page and website haven't been corrected. There isn't much else going on right now, after all, the Ironman was cancelled.

Let me rephrase my post from yesterday regarding CLXHealth's new Twitter information. There seems to be a lot of argument regarding the "private" part of the company.

Yes, CLXHealth, from creation has been a privately-held company. Never said they have changed from anything to a privately-held company.

No shot taken, all good. Just stating how I was able to find the information. I just repeated the search in an incognito window with cookies/cache/etc cleared and still the same. First two posts reference Delta's pages, while the third references a Facebook post made by JG that also includes the link. I'm sure a few pulled the link from following him.

I am not going to take that as some kind of shot on my bow, though I think it was trying to suggest I do not know how to research something. My question was very specific in what I was looking for. I am also sure that you understand how search engines work, since you mentioned you used Google, being personalized based on your search history and internet use. Of course that would be "literally the first two results that show up" if that is what you type in.

I’m guessing if you find the individual at Delta who is in charge of the COVID-tested fight program from those 1st 2 Delta.com links you’ll have your answer. Unfortunately the links don’t offer an individual contact link...not sure if a costumer service call to Delta will direct you to that person or department but could be worth a try.
