Well I did just hit all time high weight wise so have to do something. I find the no cheese, no lard, no white carbs diet works good. No beer either. Just a glass of red wine and a couple of times a week to relax. I did that diet for one month last. Lost 15 lbs and my total colesteraol dropped 100 points... So time to step into action I think...

Ok, I picked up a few shares, first week April. It is Interesting. There is nothing wrong with my liver. But, there is potentially a lot of people, which could use this.

I have an older uncle, he has liver condition, he also drinks to much, a war veteran. I will tell him about it. Maybe even buy for him, if he'll agree to try it.
