The new name of the company is now Bomani Corp. With the completion of the name change, Bomani Corp. expects to roll out its new strategic direction focused on the area of combat sports and sports entertainment. The company currently has certain media rights to a Midwestern based MMA promotion and has made an equity investment in an established MMA promotion based in the Western United States. Bomani is exploring additional opportunities in mixed martial arts. Legend Credit Inc. (OTCBB: LGMB) completed the taping of the Champion Cage Fighters event which was held on October 20, 2007 at the Dow Center in Saginaw, Michigan. The broadcast team was anchored by MMA legend and former Ultimate Fighting Champion, Dan "The Beast" Severn. Fans were treated to ten exciting fights showcasing rising fighters in the world of mixed martial arts. All of the action including interviews and behind the scenes footage was captured by Legend's television crew. The company is now in process of assembling the footage for exploitation in broadcast formats throughout the world as well as subscription Internet streaming and DVD sales. Legend continues to explore opportunities to secure broadcast rights to other mixed martial arts promotions around the world. Legend Credit expects to change its name to Bomani Corporation to better reflect the new direction. 10/17/07 Legend Credit (LGMB), a subsidiary of Legend Mobile Inc., today announced that is has acquired the broadcast rights to Champion Cage Fighters' mixed martial arts events for the next two years. The contract assigns the television, Internet streaming, pay-per-view, video on-demand, DVD, Internet advertising, and foreign sales rights to Legend Credit Inc. Champion Cage Fighters is a well known mixed martial arts promotion based in Michigan. The first event, which will be part of the new relationship with Legend, will be held on October 20, 2007 at the Dow Center in Saginaw, Michigan. Legend Credit expects to acquire similar rights to other mixed martial arts promotions to create a portfolio of MMA intellectual property. 9/17/07 Legend Credit Inc. (OTCBB: LGMB) provided an update regarding its corporate developments. <bThe company has completed construction of the Bomani Corp. website and expects to launch it immediately upon the conclusion of the name change in the State of Delaware. The company continues to negotiate a final contract with an established promoter of mixed martial arts events on its previously announced letter of intent. Management believes that the agreement is on schedule as both companies remain committed to reaching a definitive agreement. Legend has also entered into negotiations to acquire certain rights from a Midwestern based promotional company of amateur mixed martial arts events. To assist with the development of these assets that the company anticipates acquiring, Legend is in talks with an established television production company with network level experience in reality television.
