A criminal prosecution of its CEO. Oddly, the SEC did not bring an enforcement action, though it did contribute to the DOJ's investigation.

so after months of posting on this junk someone actually made $500 IF they sold the high? Is that about right? The volume was pitiful and obviously it's going right back down on almost no vol. Best to just say it was up "300%", huh? MAkes the bs record look so much better even though it's totally misleading.

Chwm update: the ex CEO and officers got indicted by the FBI for wire fraud and the case has not settled yet. This was their vehicle used to defraud and this company never had anything but a story. They are over one year in default on their required filings and will be revoked (zeroed) soon. This isn't even a valuable shell because of the sec and FBI issues. The volume is pathetic and any run will and should br sold into since it's worthless. Even if you could trade the bid ask spread it would be for $50 or so. It is a total waste of time and it's unbelievable that some still champion utter crap. Don't buy it as it is pure junk
