Last time teh E came off teh stock in Feb 04 and Aig 04 the stock was a 4 bagger.

10Q to come in a day or so - before the 24th. Until teh company files an S8 or registers to increase the OS, the price is unlikely to go down. The price is very low as it is. The critical thing was getting tje 10K filed and removing the E.

Looks as though my source was accurate on the 10K. It looks as though the 10Q will follow shortly.

Hippie - we have to go with our own DD + gut. I've made 400% returns, and I've also lost 30%. Your DD can be 100% correct and then a large shareholder sells! Sometimes they can also buy. It is always unpredictable. Todays dog is tomorrows pearl etc etc.

I did some bottom fishing yesterday and i endedup buying this stock,i am not afraid of the e,it will be taken off ,in three months the e will be gone and the stock will be much higher,an easy stock to make money at this price.Another stock that has a pullback and going two double in the spring is WLSF

Aug 04 = 14 days
May 04 = 12 days
Feb 04 = 6 days
10K Dec 03 = 36 days.

The same thing happened in Aug 04 + Feb 04. Jan 04 bounce = 5 bagger. Aug 04 bounce = 10 bagger. Check out bounce on the graph below when (E) was removed.
