ITKH .0022 AGREEMENT FOR SALE- $2MILLION CASH + OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:

ITKH .0022 - April 25 is getting closer. the anticipation is getting me more and more jazzed every day! ( i know there is at least 2 or 3 of us here on ihub that feel the same way).

no one is selling their shares at the bid, and no one is buying at the ask. it's been awhile with no volume. seems to be a stand off.

i understand the hesitation on both sides:

the market cap is $600k, yet ITKH is selling their send global business for $2million + other considerations - the selling of global alone easily values the PPS at at least 3x the current PPS + .0066 - there is no reason to sell.

on the other hand, what if the sale of global doesn't go through and the PPS stays stuck at this current PPS like it has for the last 2 years - why buy?

and even if the send global sale does close, how long after that do they purchase a new business? 3 months, 6 months, 9 months? it's taken at least 6 months to close the send global deal. lots of dead time- investment money sitting here doing nothing.

and what if the new business is a dud? more waste of time- more dead money.

for me buying and holding now is not much of a risk; with the market cap is low and the PPS is currently undervalued. the only problem with owning shares right now is there might not be any PPS movement for months. dead money.

on the other hand. i can't help but be jazzed about the possibility of 1000% or more return on this investment. if ITKH gets the $2mill in cash and leverages that money to buy a nice business generating $5mil in profits per year and x's that by a conservative factor of 10- WOW the PPS could be valued at .16 cents!!!

definitely worth the risk and the time in my opinion- we shall see.

The penny stock world is buzzing with marijuna this and marijuana that. The medical marijuana gold rush is on and investors are looking for the next MDBX and MJNA. These puppies flew higher when certain states gave the greenlight to sell medical marijuana in a regulated framework. MDBX and MJNA jumped over 1000% and made early investors serious money. Since are greedy and we missed the move, we started looking around for the next potential marijuana play. Speculation is the name of the game when it comes to pennies so we understand that jumping in early can lead to big money or a complete wipeout. A tangible medical marijuana company could be a player in this $35 Biillion business so the risk seems to be outweighed by the reward.


Trolling the net we found the usual suspects posting their opinions on various penny stock chat boards. We have been hard at work for the past four weeks and it looks like we are about ready to make our big move. Our Type 2 Defense product is in full production mode and the roll out is set to begin early next month. This diabetes product has a huge market and healthy margins. We intend to have an aggressive online marketing campaign with this product as the focal point. The Company is also part of litigation against Chestnut Petroleum for it's investment in Oil and Gas wells
and Chestnuts failures and misuse of funds.
As a result of non-payment from Navarre Corporation for goods sold the company has taken the nonpayment as bad debt until litigation can commence to try and recover damages.

Releasing them was key so being good or bad means little to me. Not sure what they will do about the share structure and conversion but the steps recently taken help keep the stock trading and aid in getting current on OTCMarkets. No more room for dilution so the company will need $$ moving forward either through an increase in A/S or a modest reverse split imo. Traders control SDVI current day so SDVI will likely announce something to sustain any movement short term. Comes down to profit like with any business. If they can't net gain, they will need shareholder $$, if the can, they won't. I'm starting to trade more and get involved with day to day pink sheet drama less. Hope the long timers are made whole and the company turns the corner. GLTY

There were 4 MM's representing 170 million on the bid today. ETRF, NITE, UBSS and CDEL. 5 or 6 on the ask. I don't use discount brokers because of that restriction and also because of the Zecco bait and switch fee fiasco. You could apply your argument to many pink sheets, not just SDVI.

The misappropriated shares that are now trading freely may be the reason APEX (formally known as Penson Worldwide,) refuse to electronically clear shares.

Its not a stretch, it’s a fact.

Etrade and Scottrade are full service brokers that are self clearing with no problems. Traders who use discount brokers like Zecco who clear through Apex cant buy shares of SDVI.

That has been the case for quite awhile now.

Ask a Zecco trader how many shares they are bidding for if you don’t believe me.
