He thinks that like all his other scams...he will skate because it’s a "white-collar crime" and he is hiding out in Northern Ireland. Yep! I went to PA twice, Alabama once, Delray Beach during the conference call last year. I still feel confident that the technology is sound concerning Geotec, not sure about the TecEnergy gasification technology but I would think it has merit too. What I'm not so sure about is the intentions of the one in charge that now has controling interest and HOW the controling interest came about. I thought in the 2005 filings there was coal assets "Finished Goods" but it appears in the lastest 2007 filing submitted in 2009 that it may have been another shell game as it appears to have been moved to stock subscriptions receivable. Many LLC's in the mix to add to the "IMO" shell games here. Question....Where is the benefits we received from hundreds of millions in shares issued? Starting with White Knight and moving backwards in the self negociation process the shares and controling interest throughout the different LLC's have been interesting to say the least. ALL JMHO!!!

Just taking a shot in the dark... but I wonder if this strange pattern illustrates how a prearranged trade might take place.

i.e., given a stock that has had no activity for a long period, wait until an established time when the "buyer" places an ultra low bid for shares that is surprisingly filled by the prearranged "seller."

If so, this might represent a quick and inexpensive way to transfer a large block of shares from a European owner to an American owner.

A test of whether this may of happened might be to see if any more shares are transferred on Monday.

I try and keep an eye on it but haven't seen a BID in months.....I seen the ASK at .001 for the first time Friday. Not sure what will happen with this one but the .001's were taken out in about 2 or 3 minutes. I believe Seamus is back on his feet and believe the assets are worth more than .001....a little more time may reveal more.
