DEREGISTERED SHARES 11 YEARS AGO! Nice company! Corfacts agreed to pay $120,000 in fines to resolve complaints filed by the New Jersey attorney general that it had engaged in unfair and deceptive marketing in the sale of automotive warranties and that it had violated do-not-call regulations.

Last filing in 2003!

Careful folks! Very low float and no doubt promoters have a large number of them going into this move. The shares you buy are likely what they are selling as they exit and leave you holding some very overpriced bags.
