Again, I am only speculating about CDVJ doing a R/M , but if it were to happen, You would be issued new shares in exchange for your CDVJ shares at whatever the ratio of outstanding new shares are to old CDVJ shares. Let's say CDVJ has 1000 total shares outstanding and the new company will have 100. For every 10 shares of CDVJ , you would recieve 1 of the new company.
Last year CortDev R/M'ed into PAVP and changed the symbol to CDVJ. At that time there were 34,000,000 shares outstanding. Now there are 3,400,000,000. This monsterous dilution along with the endless PR's that are , in my opinion, complete fabrications, have driven the price to near nothing.
I personally believe this is and was nothing more than a stock manipulation from day one. Ther never was, and never will be anything of value. CDVJ has raised millions selling stock, and not one penny selling a product or service.
You may want to go to the Raging Bull chat board and follow the old PAVP posts as well as CDVJ. If you can wade through the nonsense, you will find numerous posts of people who did research and posted findings along the way. It may also interest you to know of Cortellazzi's criminal past:

A Reverse Merger. I believe They may absorb CortDev into a new company shell , change the name and trading signal, and restructure the share count in order to facilitate a continued pump and dump. I am only guessing.
No, I am not invested. I bought a lot about a year ago, did some research, and dumped it all when I found the CEO unable to tell the truth about anything. At the time, there were 34,000,000 shares outstanding. Now there are something like 340,000,000,000. When I sold, it was at .011 now it's worth .0001

I own 4500000 shares of this company, and if the OS is what they say it is then how is their recent PR honest with their buy back plan? It says it plans to buy back and I quote " plan to purchase up to $150,000 worth of the Company's common stock over the next 90 days which represents approximately 375,000,000 shares at current market prices or 12.5% of the current issued and outstanding shares." If thats 12.5% of the OS then we are looking at the OS to be over 3billion shares, Im stuck in this company hoping that I can sell for .0005 and I bought at .001!

In light of the fact that you may be a stuck newbie, I will make you an offer. If you can obtain from Cortellazzi, the physical description of this "3.5 acres" and the physical description of these oil wells in Colorado, I will send you a check for one hundred dollars. But I want the legal description...County, map, book and page number. He will know what you mean. Tell him you are an investor and you want to check the comps...the comparable property values in the area.
He will not give it to you.
He learned after the St. Hubert scam not to give out detailed information because it can be investigated.
In the mean time, call Michel Beaudoin at St. Hubert's and ask him when the last time he saw or spoke to Cortellazzi was.
And while you are at it, email Group LeClerc and ask them if they ever were preparing working drawings for CortDev.
If you can get the physical description of these properties, you get a hundred dollars. If you can't , I get $25.00.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...

Searching on http://www.fpinfomart.ca/ (Archives of all editions and all stories from all Canadian newspapers dating back to 1997)

I did not find a single story with the name Cortellazzi in it. Nor was I able to find any of the articles listed on http://www.cortdev.tsx.org/
I was, however able to find articles written by the same authors in the same paper (The Montreal Gazette).

So. Either my findings are inconclusive, or the articles posted on http://www.cortdev.tsx.org/ are true and for some odd reason The Montreal Gazette saw fit to remove them from the archive.

If anyone else wants to continue the search and post their findings here, please feel free. but I'm done for the evening.

I am sure it will have another pop at some point. But it is wise to note that the highs of each new "pop" are always lower than the previous highes:

Over the past year a stock buyback "program" was announced and never took place. The entire airport project was a scam from the beginning. No activity every took place at St. Hubert's that was being described in PR's. In a December '03 PR, AC said that he paid out over $200,000.00 to start the project and it included payment to Transport Canada for soil sampling and an environmental study. I contacted three separate offices of Transport Canada and was assured that such payments were never made. Also, claims of plans being drawn , leases being signed, and other project activity were false. I checked frequently with Michel Beaudoin, The Transport Canada rep at the airport, and he told me that at no time was a survey completed which would be a prerequisite to all other activity.
Not only have past claims of a buyback ( actually a buyback PROGRAM) never happened, but the O/S increased obscenely during the entire period of the "buyback program".

If you spend some time researching my posts on the RB (also jcrom56) you will see almost a year's worth of investigating.

So, will this thing pop again?...Maybe.
Is it a scam?...Absolutely!
