HumWare Media Signs Joint Venture Agreement With TextaSport, LLC to Capitalize On Exploding Premium Text Messaging Market

GOLDEN, Colo., Jul 25, 2007 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) -- HumWare Media Corporation (Pink Sheets:HMWM) announced today that the Company has signed a joint venture and national sponsorship agreement with TextaSport, LLC that could potentially generate millions of dollars in revenue from $.99 text message entries into sporting event contests.

TextaSport is a new premium text messaging company that plans to run over 50 major sporting event contests with HumWare Media Corp. as the Title Sponsor over the next 6 months starting with the NASCAR Sharpie 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway on August 25 and concluding with the Super Bowl on Feb 3, 2008. TextaSport has contracted with Air2web to deliver the contests through TextaSport's short code 94926.
