They need to file a 1512g. This looks like it is owned by a shell lawyer so good for it but the SEC could delete this anytime if they dont deregister it. Its right in that timeline too for one. That 7-10 year time line.

nah....pos imo. No volume and no interest and no news = not for me. It may have extremely low O/S, but what good does that do if they trade once every two months at 3,000 shares, lol!

I own CGGP as my lotto play. Shell, 329,000,000 o/s, clean, and waiting on news if it ever happens. But a pure roll of the dice with it. CEO been around so I'm hoping he does something. And soon!

You are welcome to your opinion. As of March 2006 the OS was 754K per updates on Clearstation. Every other site agrees with this- I have found no site that states a different share structure. I got my shares and plan on getting more at .03 if those are available down the road in a few weeks. Few shares have traded, this lends credibility to the low OS and float. If you are not interested move along. No one is telling you to buy, in fact dont buy!

LOL a whole lot of volume ? Define that. With a float of 400K the 21K today was more than 5% of the float.

100K is a whole lot of volume for this stock, the same as 20M for most stocks that are over a penny (and had a 400M float).

Low OS and float stocks move dramatically with any kind of volume.

One to throw on the pile near all time lows and wait.

look at the trading volume and how it trades. It is very low OS. If it were 754 Million as you claim one would have seen volume activity. One has not. In fact insiders own quite a few shares so the float would be quite a bit less than 754K

Is that 754K confirmed? Or are you just going by the last filing 8 years ago? This could have 754K or 754 mil for all we know.
