Highline Technical Innovations, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: HLNT), majority shareholder

Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HLNT) announced today that
final approval has been given on the HOSS UTV. A representative for HTI has
been at the Dong Feng Motors development facility in China for the past three
weeks testing the performance of the first generation of the HOSS UTV.
Special attention was placed on the unit's electronic fuel injection system
and shift on-the-fly four-wheel drive. Small details were fine tuned to
assure top quality components and appearance. The rugged chassis design
allows the HOSS to enter extreme use conditions ranging from ranching to fire,
search and rescue. HTI reports that all of these features compare to any of
the major competition models currently available. Final approval has been
given to begin production on the model. One of the initial requirements of
the joint venture that Dong Feng Motors and HTI entered into was a mutual agreement
on the final prototype. Specific details were added to the HOSS at the request

that the first production unit is being shipped to HTI headquarters in Farmington,
Arkansas for assembly where video documentation of its performance will complete

Duly noted (especially by me to you). Not the case imv. More is
better when it comes to stocks, materials, & keeping the dialogue
focused & moving. If the board becomes a distraction I'll handle
it but as of this writing a Dong Feng announcement (which WILL
come eventually & the company has been telegraphing that THIS IS
the way they intend to proceed; namely, with their business partner
putting forth the PR) would leave folks without a Dong Feng board.

I don't think it critical, but...we'll have to see.

On the subject of your post & to be more direct, you could have
easily posted your thoughts to the HLNT board if you wished to keep
up the posting there-- it is topical. But, in either case this
was a place for me to work out doing the iBox without destroying

Nik, Has Dong Feng purchased all the rights to the Hoss, It looks as if Hti has sold out to DF. They are being advertised on the web but not a word from Hti seems a little odd.

Highline Innovations, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HLNT) majority shareholder of Highline Hydrogen Hybrids announced today that they have completed a prototype supplemental fuel system specifically for Dong Feng Motors. Testing of this prototype is now complete, and the applications requested for this system by Dong Feng have been met. This unit is specifically designed to self regulate gas production in direct relation to engine revolutions per minute (rpm) and work load. This new system is in constant communication with the engine ECM and provides Hydrogen simultaneously with all petroleum based fuels. This homogenous system provides additional fuel economy at all engine speeds, road speeds and different loads or towed equipment.

HLNT has made arrangements for one of its technical representatives to deliver this unit to Dong Feng in person and will demonstrate the installation and testing of the prototype.

Highline Technical Innovations, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HLNT) completed demonstrations of its most current hydrogen generator for David Tai, liaison to Dong Feng Motors. Mr. Tai presented Highline with specifications for the CITROEN 1.6 liter, 16 valve motor, a very common engine used throughout the Asian market in smaller vehicles. Prototype application for this engine would equip a multitude of engines for this region. Mr. Tai said, "The fuel in China is much higher than it is in this country and our expanding economy greatly increases the demand for fuel." Efficiency is the primary goal, but with ever growing environmental concerns, emissions reduction is also a concern.

Mr. Wang Shun Li, owner of Foshan Products, a manufacturer and exporter of farm related equipment, accompanied Mr. Tai to Highline's facility with an interest of how Highline's technology can impact the agricultural community, particularly farming equipment that utilizes diesel engines. Mr. Li and Mr. Tai are working together to integrate green technologies in each of their particular fields.
