The shares appear to have bottomed out and at these levels, the downside risk should be limited as long as management moves to resolve the auditing issue in a reasonable amount of time. If a new auditor is appointed, I expect the stock to start rebounding and continue to make additional gains towards fair value as financials are filed. The shares will have some tax loss selling pressure but that only makes the buying opportunity more interesting. Stocks that see end of year tax loss selling often rebound sharply in January. If DYP can put these issues behind them, investors will once again focus on the growth potential this leading Chinese company has for the long term. Short term traders should also be able to take advantage of the opportunity here. Even a move back to $3.75 would generate returns of about 50% from these levels

Duoyuan Printing Appoints Sik Siu Kwan to its Board of Directors

"Alot of people are wondering why Piper Jaffray organized the IPO of 6.4 million shares @ $8.50 per share about 8 months ago for Duoyuan Printing and was fully aware of the companies finances back at that point.Had they found any mis-leading information do you really think they would of made the offering,No need to answer.These funds who bought these shares at $8.50 were not making any money on their investment so now Piper Jaffray downgrades Duoyuan to $3 which is under cash value and their hedge fund buyers probably are accumulating shares at this low price only to run this back up over $8.50 making cash all the way up to that price as they weren't making their money at $8.50 this year.This downgrade will definetly ensure traders making money as price increase alot more than staying at the $8.50 price per share.Sounds like a sweet deal for all involved." from $8.50 IPO days to finance a $40+ m cost state of art offset printing equipment factory in china..
