Eaton Vance Senior Income Trust (the Trust) is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Trust’s investment objective is to provide a high level of current income, consistent with the preservation of capital, by investing primarily in senior, secured floating-rate loans. In normal market conditions, at least 80% of the Fund’s total assets will be invested in senior loans. The Trust invests in industries include Health Care, Business Equipment and Services, Electronics/Electrical, Leisure Goods/Activities/Movies, Automotive, Financial Intermediaries, Telecommunications, Food Products, Food Service and Publishing.
