The company was severely warned on Dec. 28 that revocation was likely if they didn't file delinquent yearly Financials ASAP.

The risk of the stock NEVER trading again is real, because there are no SEC filings, and the SEC is shutting these stocks down as fast as they are noticed. I see that the stock that was listed just last Friday, was only delinquent for about 1 year, and EVSC has been delinquent for 5 years. Uh oh, EVSC is trading again, gonna hit the SEC Radar.

This stock was dead and not causing any problems, then the promo group starting pumping it, causing it to move on no corporate developments, since there isn't any physical corporation anymore, and it caught the SEC's attention.

It's time to wise up! Shells without assets can be traded, and all the owners of the shell need to do is file SEC reports that state the nature of the shell, that it is a shell corp, and report the losses that the filing of the shell, and any other fees associated with maintaining the shell. Of course, this is thousands of dollars per year, with little or no chance of recouping these losses, so many shells don't file until right before a reverse merger that an interested buyer may want.

Remember - SEC rules state that all public registered securities (stocks) must file. That is the rule. Look below, and you will see hundreds of companies that have been "targeted". So if you are tempted to trade these non filing pinkies, remember that at any time, they can be suspended and revoked for non-filing.

Actually I liked EVSC for a 1-2 day trade. Any ticker that runs from .0004 to .0040 with plenty of bid support is a grand slam home run in my book. Remember you are only supposed to dance with a ticker down here, not marry her and if someone was greedy and lost, then it's on them because there were plenty of exits at almost every price. smile

It was RXAC I didn't care much for that some people were trying to get me to play and that turned out to be a POS. As far as I can see no one got out of RXAC whole when I got my alert. EVSC on the other hand I think was getting ready to run again today until the SEC stepped in with a STOP. frown

When EVSC emerges from suspension on January 12, the following Monday, January 14 it will trade on what is known as the Grey Market, for however long before it gets revoked.

No market will be made in EVSC shares, so all trades need to be matched.

This is just wonderful!! I guess i fell for the hype, the discoveries, the thin l2. I was really pumped that there was going to be news coming out soon that would shoot this to multi-penny. Now its worth? Is it gone forever? Does the stock go to a different exchange?

Oh yeah EVSC is a POS (Sarcastic) that's why there's an MM on the bid begging for almost 1/2 MILLION shares at $.0012 when the last trade was $.0011.

Didn't y'all know that MMs love being bag holders & they never know what's going on with a company. That's why they make hundreds of millions of dollars a year. MM's are known for being dumb like that, accumulating a dead ticker..NOT!, lmao.

If an MM is buying at .0012 they plan on selling them for .0022+ shortly. Heeeeelllloooo? Are Ya New? wink
