I am here and wondering what happened? EPCG filed some forms & tried
to upgrade to the Pink Sheets from the Grey Sheets. Will ETOP do it?
I am very interested in this stock due to extremely undervalued now. Could you add me to the board? Thanks in advance for your efforts!

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of the foregoing companies due to a lack of current and accurate information about the companies because they have not filed certain periodic reports with the Commission. This order was entered pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act).

The Commission cautions brokers, dealers, shareholders and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by these companies.

Brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11, at the termination of the trading suspensions, no quotation may be entered relating to the securities of the subject companies unless and until the broker or dealer has strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule. New 52-week high 0.006 was created today! It is also the two-year's
high. However the market value is only $.18M which is ridiculous low
as a clean shell stock and ready for reverse-merger or buy-out deal!
Extremely low floating shares as we can tell from the chart. Easy to
gain 1000% ~ 2000% at the current price levels. Shorter has to cover

ETOP can hit as high as $0.1542 a share once the RM news pops up...

From the latest 10-QSB report: "The Company is currently seeking additional capital and evaluating the possibility of a merger with another company." Something is working in the background and I can
smell a RM or buy-out deal in the near future. Too cheap to miss...

With such low OS and floating shares ETOP can easily rocket to 0.1x
within a day or even a couple of hours! It is very hard to get those
cheap shares at 0.003 ~ 0.0049. The 52-week high 0.005 will be soon
broken due to the very heavy shorting buyback pressure. RM comes...

The OS is only 30,645,000 shares. The float is 29,248,000 shares.
It has prfect share structure for a reverse-merger or buy-out deal!

The stock has very low OS (30M shares) and float (29M shares)! News
(Reverse-Merger or Buy-Out deal) could send the price to 0.15x (VCTY
had $4.625M market value at 0.037 with 125M shares OS). Easy 5000%.

I like ETOP: cool name and cool technology! Only 30M shares OS! Now
it is trading at only $90,000 market value which is steal price! I'd
to buy up to 3M shares to take a board of directors position. Based
on VCTY (125M shares OS) MV ETOP should be rally to as high as 0.11.
Also I'd like to buy the steal WLKF shares (78M shares OS & $0.15M MV). It is easy to gain 10-bag or 1000% return based on its $2M enterprise value! WLKF is a insurance company and has the real operational business mainly in NY/CA/TX. It is now extremely undervalued and oversold. VCTY/ETLS/LFTC/GRLC are only shell stocks and had rally 130/15/17/16-bag to 0.026/0.0015/0.0017/0.0016 from the bottom 0.0002/0.0001/0.0001/0.0001. Huge potential to gain!
