The company had two divisions one was a financial consulting side the other was the start of 247MGI in February of 2006 we closed the financial services side due to the fact Market Regulation claimed we were acting as a broker dealer so we changed the name to 247 Media Group, Inc. The 211 finally cleared in May of 06, but I had already entered into an agreement to sell the shell which became Fantastic Fun. From what I am told the new owners never did anything with the shell which is why it stayed dormant until the release Monday. There is no current connection between the two companies today.
