Apparently, FLMC is no longer in business. I have been unable to reach anyone and I have received several promo flyers from their previous suppliers that state they are no longer in business with them and want my business. Does not look good to me. I am out.

Doubloon, looking at the press release Dan Jacobs says "With our 2010 sales exceeding $35 Million, we are a financially strong member of the OTC Market."

What he left out is that the 2011 sales are looking like $19,000,000. That is a 45% DECLINE IN REVENUES. That is a strong company?

Must admit, when I was first told about this company I was excited, now I am thinking what the heck!

James Painter was charged by the SEC February 10 2011 and Florida Micro went public February 24, 2011 but only completed the merger May 2nd. The qustion is Mr Jacobs - Did you know that your newly hired IR firm operated by James Painter has SEC charges against them?

I will tell you guys a little bit about this company. What I know. I have been doing business with them several years. When they were a private company. Is this new management? I do not think so. They always answer the phone. I spoke with David Thursday and one of the sales staff this morning. They are a decent company to work with. I am sending them a PO for close to $150,000 this week to purchase new technology equipment. I have never purchased from them that I did not get the order in just a couple days. I ordered several computers just last week and they are not only here already, but I have them up and running in the system perfectly.

I do not own stock yet, but I most definately will. As soon as I can figure out what the price is. That is one area I am not pleased about. Yes it is a new stock, but I do expect a call within a week wjhen I ask investor relations to call. They have not. Guess I will have to call David again.
