In that update they had revised the date of their financial filing and move to the OTCBB to 30 days from the date of the update. With that update in mind, GZPN could post their financial's any time between now and May 14th and thus move onto the OTCBB. Below is the link. BUSINESS
GreenZap, Inc. (the “Company”), a Nevada corporation located in San Diego, California, is a provider of secure online payment services that allow businesses or consumers to send and receive money securely and cost-effectively online via the Internet.
GreenZap is a transactional community. It provides secure, easy to use money transfer services and information that builds trust relationships for enhanced interaction among members by allowing members to see information visually. GreenZap solidified its plan for business in March 2005, launched its website on June 1, 2005, and quickly grew without traditional advertising from 500 to 5,000 to 700,000 users in 9 months.
The GreenZap idea was simple: Build a better way to send money via the Internet, focusing on ease of use, costs and trust elements. Create a community that works, giving members lower cost and higher service levels. Hire great people and bind them to ownership interest in the company, and incentivize users to enhance growth and community in ways our competitors never dreamed.
GreenZap’s core business is focused on facilitating transactions – P2P, B2B, and P2B. In

including, GreenZap Storez, an online shopping mall; and GreenZap WebCash, a rewards dollar used to pay for transaction fees or further discount items offered in the Storez.
Sending Money: Our secure Internet platform allows any business or individual with an e-mail address and bank or credit card account to send money at a low cost over the Internet. GreenZap’s platform is ideal for individuals shopping in an auction environment.
Receiving Money: Our platform allows businesses or individuals to receive money to their online account. Once the money is cleared from the sender’s source, the
receiver may transfer the money to a bank account, linked debit card, or
by requesting a check. GreenZap is ideal for small to mid-sized
merchants allowing them to collect payments with little cost.
Spending Money: GreenZap has developed an online shopping mall called GreenZap
Storez, where hundreds of merchants feature deals and discounts, some
of which are exclusive to GreenZap members. GreenZap Storez was
created to add value to GreenZap services and to drive transactions.
Earning Money: GreenZap has creatively developed a customer loyalty program, which
rewards account holders for opening an account or telling their friends
and family about GreenZap. The concept is not new, but the reward
mechanism, WebCash, is. Once earned, WebCash can be used to pay
for transaction fees or used toward the purchase of items on GreenZap
Storez.

Future Outlook for 2006:
• Audit Financials to become a fully reporting company
As a fully-reporting company, GreenZap plans to file the appropriate documentation to move
from the Pink Sheets to the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB). The audited financials
will also enable the company to finalize some recent financing commitments it received. The
audit is expected to be completed in the next 30 days.
• Install P2P merchant processing capabilities
GreenZap expects to launch full-scale, person to person credit card processing during the
second quarter of 2006. P2P merchant processing will enable GreenZap to compete more
aggressively in the marketplace opening the doors to facilitate auction and other peer to peer
transactions at better rates.
• Develop application scripting for facilitating off-GreenZap merchant transactions
Once P2P merchant processing capabilities are in place, GreenZap will launch its ‘Merchant
Tools’. Any online merchant will be able to download an API script enabling them to accept
GreenZap as a payment method. GreenZap plans to offer very competitive fees to drive
merchant acceptance.
• Launch Cash-Back applications and surveys
In early May 2006, GreenZap will be launching the Cash-Back Program. This Program
enables participants to complete surveys and corporate applications for desired products and
earn a Cash-Back reward. Users will be able to choose from buyer behavior surveys to credit
card applications to car and life insurance applications. The participating companies have
been hand-selected by GreenZap to deliver the best value to our user demographics.

• Develop custom transaction processing network switch for instant processing
GreenZap is building a proprietary payment gateway with the objective of reducing costs,
ensuring better controls and delivering rapid transactions for its users. GreenZap’s multipurpose payment gateway will perform real-time authorization for a variety of transaction
types and ultimately provide rapid delivery of money transfers in and out of GreenZap
accounts.
• Expand GreenZap Storez to offer instant WebCash spending opportunities
Later this year, GreenZap will launch additional merchants in the Storez, where users will be
able to spend their WebCash at the point of purchase. For example, if you are traveling to
DisneyWorld over the summer, you will be able to search for local hotels and book online at
GreenZap paying a portion of your hotel bill with WebCash. The deals will be exclusive to
GreenZap members and merchants will be accepting as much as 70% in WebCash.
• Launch GreenZap Auctionz and/or Classifiedz
GreenZap is in the process of building its Auctionz and Classifiedz sections. GreenZap users,
individuals and merchants alike, will be able to post products for sale using GreenZap as the
payment gateway. Buying and selling within the GreenZap community provides users with
increased controls and increased security. Users will be able to sell items and accept a
portion of the sale in WebCash to drive traffic to the listed item. For example, if you are
selling a pair of Nike shoes, you can ask $80 and accept WebCash to cover the $10 shipping
fee. This simple and low-cost marketing tool will enable you to drive traffic to your product
better than if it was listed somewhere else.
• Open 24/7 customer service call center
By the end of the third quarter, GreenZap plans to have a full-scale customer service center
offering customers phone, e-mail, and chat solutions to get their questions answered quickly.
GreenZap wants an A+ customer service rating as a key way to differentiate itself from the
competition.
• Launch mainstream advertising campaign
With the above strategic plans in place in 2006, GreenZap will begin advertising its services
globally. Grass-roots word-of-mouth advertising has grown GreenZap to over 650,000 users
in 10 months, and with a global advertising campaign in place GreenZap will grow
exponentially worldwide.
