What if there was a way to get into a new listing before it was new. Wouldn't that be nice. Its rare of course, but there are times when the opportunity may present itself. Of course dealing with the unknown is risky and speculative, but if you scour through SEC Files sometimes you can run into some very interesting speculations. There are times that companies that currently are listed on the OB do round about mergers to create a new off spring. THE SHELL GAME: http://www.google.com/search?q=Two+Way+TV+US&source-id=yahoo-b Essentialy what we are trying to do on this board is to play a shell game and win. We are sort of looking for a Penny IPO. The best way to accomplish this feat is to look for companies that are SEC compliant Shell companies that are planning a reverse merger with a non public company that may have some potential. This link should explain fairly well the point I am trying to convey. http://www.venturea.com/shell.htm Current Example http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/011113/130590_1.html To be sure, it takes a lot of hard work to spot these sort of companies that are about to transform themselve's and even when found, nothing is guaranteed of course. I would like to have listings here of companies that have announced through SEC Files that there intention is to have some sort of merger and then form a new company and a new ticker listing. If we can share our research here, it may be a lot easier to spot these sort of situations. I have found one such company that qualifies under this scenario at this time. Interactive Network Inc.(innn) has filed with the SEC its intention to merge with its 50% owned Two Way TV(US) and its intention to give Two Way TV LTD a 45% stake in the new company in exchange for Two Way TV LTD relenquishing its 50% stake in Two Way TV(US) to Interactive Network Inc.(innn). Pending shareholder and regulatory approval of this transaction, it is expected that the new ticker symbol will be TWTV. More details can be found in the INNN SEC File listings and on INNN's Official Website. http://www.interactivenetwork.net/ There are also some comments on the current INNN listed on the Investors Hub Message Board for INNN. This INNN SEC File links the specific details of the reverse merger for INNN. The file is a few hundred pages long. But, like I said, this is hard work, but rewarding I hope. http://www.edgar-online.com/bin/edgardoc/finSys_main.asp?dcn=0001019687-01-500867 The situation overall for these types of situations seems rather pleasant if the findings can be combined with basic TA common sense. I don't expect many listings here, but I welcome the few. I got the idea for this board from an article I read, some of you may enjoy this article. Best of luck. http://www.otcbbnn.com/active/commentary21.htm Polish Up On Your TA Jargon Here. http://www.investopedia.com/categories/technicalanalysis.asp
