a) they did not come out with an update (as they indicated in your conversation)

b) resolving an issue requires more than to consent "Without admitting or denying the findings in the Order.." as the SEC report indicated.

Obviously, company messed this up big time. Even worse, they don't even show the courage to communicate with shareholders. Poor management, poor ethics! I hope justice will prevail in a class action.

On a different note, may a de-registered security regain good standards ever again should the necessary filings be completed? And what will happen to de-registered securities in a portfolio? Will the shares remain or be cleared?

Without admitting or denying the findings in the Order, except as to jurisdiction, which it admitted, GENG consented to the entry of an Order Making Findings and Revoking Registration of Securities Pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 as to Global Energy Group, Inc. finding that it had failed to comply with Section 13(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act) and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder and revoking the registration of each class of GENG’s securities pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Exchange Act. This Order settled the charges brought against GENG in In the Matter of Circuit Systems, Inc., et al., Administrative Proceeding File No. 3-14316.

It's a shame that investors are last-to-know when problems occur, but first-to-ask when funds are needed...

Will be interesting to see what will happen to their "first main asset, a wholly owned subsidiary with alternative energy projects worldwide." when the stock remains suspended. Ownership rights are still with shareholders...

Sad thing about this stock is the longer they wait, the larger the mass of dumping will occur if this is ever able to trade again.
