I have an address for them up in Canada where a letter addressed to them was not returned to the sender. The sender was in Vancouver.

I believe that they were never really in business. The mail was usually forwarded from one place to another and then returned for a bad address. Their USA addresses just forwarded to a bad address in Canada.

Did your associates ever collect on their judgment?

Did the company move from the West Coast up to Vancouver after the spam campaign?

I was informed that they are in Vancouver. My question is simply, are they engaged in any business endeavours at this time?

GDKI's last PR was that they moved their offices to Los Angeles, California. My investigation revealed that this is a maildrop.

It's grey sheets now, so I understand the order has to match exactly. So if Bob is selling 52302 shares, you have to put your order in at 52302 shares.

Correct me if I am wrong, I have all kinds of grey sheets problems.

My associates have a judgment against this company for sending SPAM. Of course, they never paid or even contacted them. They simply defaulted.

Try buying at .003 or .006 you can't ;(

The Truth Behind Penny Stock Spam
A deluge of e-mail come-ons puts gullible investors at risk while the government does little to stop it.

Promoters of penny stocks typically pitch these high-risk investments as if they were valuable real estate, like oceanfront property. With little money down, you can make a quick-and-easy profit. But in reality, penny stocks are more like swampland. And now, thanks to spam, the muck is spreading at an alarming rate, and efforts to stop it have so far been as effective as ordering the tide not to come in.

You probably trashed an e-mail message last December touting Goldmark Industries. A spam campaign predicted that investors would earn spectacular returns. One e-mail, which forecast the stock would gain 1,077%, said, "Watch GDKI [Goldmark's symbol] soar on Wednesday, Dec. 20!"

Maybe you didn't bite, but many others did. On December 19, the day before the spam campaign began, Goldmark closed at 17 cents a share. Nine days later, when the spam barrage ended, the stock closed at 35 cents. Those who held the stock before the e-mail campaign doubled their money. Investors who bought at the top lost their shirts. The stock closed at 6 cents in mid April.

If you think we're talking about chump change, think again. The Securities and Exchange Commission says spam campaigns promoting Goldmark and 34 other stocks that the agency recently suspended from trading for ten days robbed investors of tens of millions of dollars. And those 35 are just a few acres of the swamp. The SEC estimates that 100 million stock-spam messages are sent daily. Postini, an e-mail-security company, says the volume of spam that hypes stocks has grown 120% in the past six months, and that about one-fifth of all spam is stock-related. (On April 13, the SEC suspended trading on three more penny stocks that it suspected were being manipulated through spam campaigns.)

With all the spam sent out, it's surprising no-one talks about this stock.

Notice the postmark, Reno Nevada. The Court sent it to the registered agent. The r/a slapped a sticker on it with the WRONG Nevada address. The Court had to investigate the right address. Amazing.

You like these guys Oakwoodmajor? I know a crazy guy sued them for spam! Being so busy, they never bothered to answer. Then their resident agent in Nevada started refusing the court's mail. But they eventually did receive a copy of their judgment but rumor is they haven't paid. They did respond to the suit by putting a little note on their website that they didn't send the spam.

Agred, by Monday it will be in the low 4. Load up and getm out around 7. Its been doing this for a while, company is stable so its got lots of life to flip.

It gonna drop I think to around 4.0 and needs to pickup volume.

It back down again, looking at the tyrend last few months if you buy now, it will go back to 7 +

This company started with a clean slate, I'll keep and eye on this one.

There are always surprises with GDKI its way up back down and up.

I am working on a better chart, i will p[ost better information later. But I tell you, I was told about this one 2 weeks ago at 2.40, and i did not get in, I bought when it was about 5 which was a week ago. Think there is a lot of steam left. If you do a search there is a lot of good things about this company. Thay are for real and got some big contracts. They are predicting big things.
