Halo Group, Inc. Expands Again in Allen, TX

ALLEN, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 11/12/09 -- Halo Group, Inc., a nationwide consumer financial services company and subsidiary of GVC Venture Corp. (OTCBB: GPAX), is expanding for a third time in the One Allen Center, a Duke Realty building, located on the west side of Central Expressway between the McDermott and Bethany exits. The third expansion will draw down the majority of the fifth floor. With the expansion, Halo Group, Inc. will now occupy over 34,000 square feet in Allen, Texas.

The Allen Economic Development Corporation worked with Halo to keep the expansion in the city. Robert Winningham, executive director and CEO of Allen Economic Development Corporation, played a key role in keeping Halo in Allen and was very supportive of this expansion project. Halo first moved from Richardson, TX to One Allen Center in February of 2008. It was in November last year that they made their first expansion.

I take it youre referring to the standstill arrangement mentioned... yeah, agreed, but remember Zimmerman is supremely positioned to pick the cream of the up and coming crop through Sbarro... could be next month, could be next year... but I think the board have faith in his approach to this... I just hope he gets around to it before he pops his clogs... he is in his 70's after all...

i've come to this play with that indefinite time horizon in mind, and have been planning to play the news streamer just as you've said. what's encouraging to me about the last filing is that they've actually had a few candidates thus far, and one fairly recently. so this suggests to me that they are very actively looking, AND that they are being picky. all in all, looking gooooooood. ;)

I think this is best bought and tucked under the matress so to speak... when alarm bells start ringing on my alert scanner, i'll revisit it... otherwise I'll check SEC filings as they appear just to see whats up... If you havent had an opportunity to do so I'd recommend you read through the last 10k get a feeling for how the company is structured and what they might have in mind...

Its funny you should mention that... there does seem to be a common thread amongst you guys... Muslce bound to a man and strong as f**k, until it comes time to prise open that wallet thats weldeded shut and get the drinks in...
