Yes, there are more dangerous sharks for the SEC to fry, but the SEC really gets their knickers in a knot when an SEC Registrant filer like HPMFF is delinquent in filing any Financials for 4 years.

For non-registered, non-filing OTC stocks the SEC warns that it is extreme buyer beware for investors, and to suspend a stock on questionable activities means the SEC then has to eventually take the offenders to Court, expending their stretched resources to do so.

It is much easier and it's a slam dunk to suspend delinquent filers where the SEC can just revoke their stock registrations at minimal effort and cost.

Still, with all the low-life crooks running stinky-pinky con-jobs , I'm surprised the SEC went after this sleepy old stock, that only trades 100 shares@.0016 every month or so...their are schools of bigger, far more dangerous sharks to fry out there.

Ooh Gee...a .12cent phantom trade takes it down 76% to .0012...something mighty peculiar going on here ;((
I suspect this is the doings of some jackass MM, thinking he's a real funny guy....'NOT'.
I was on the receiving end of a similar trade for this stock awhile back...had no minimum limit set on a buy order for 5,000shrs & the SOB sold me 10shrs at .04cents. Fortunately I was able to get my broker to cancel-out the $8.95 broker fee or I would have really eaten it ;(

DAMN ! WTF gives here ? WTH; I just don't get it...even as just a clean shell, this puppy is worth some bucks & even if the new owner isn't interested in doing something with this , why doesn't he just sell it & walk away with the cash[?]. Guess this guy must be so rich he doesn't even bother noticing the paltry $10-20-50K-or-so he's left here sitting on the table....decadence must be nice ;(

I honestly do not follow this at all anymore even though I still have shares. I'm also not sure why anyone would need to send signals via share amounts for something like this that has such low volume. Those small trades coupled with the $20,000 per share trades of days gone by sure make this a weird stock.

It would be nice to this ticker resurrect itself out of the blue and start screaming. With the share structure so tight it could get very interesting very quickly. We'll just have to keep watching.

HPMFF was at .04x.05 and I had no cash to buy in at AT. Someone got like 250 shares or something ridiculous at .05 LOL (yea sure)and they ran the ask to .12 then today someone got 1K at the ask and it ran to .22

Worth keeping an eye for the ask to fall back towards the bid at .04 IMO

here's a little info I dug-up on him from the iHub ENTS board:

Found another ultra-low O/S clean shell for a rough value comparison. This other one has an O/S of +/-2.4M (1M more than ours) & is nothing more than a clean empty BB shell but...their PPS now sits at $3./shr. This was up 150% today from $1.20 yesterday so there might be something else brewing here (or just some bait being thrown in the water for suckers). Either way , it's something to ponder , for the sake of comparison/possibilities anyway.

Well, it looks like because Jody was late in filing his NT , FINRA didn't bother waiting for the 15day extension timeline & slapped an 'E' (expired) suffix to the ticker anyway. It also appears that Samuels took note of this & didn't bother trying to meet the over-ruled 15day request to file the overdue 'annual' report. I guess[?] he's thinking that since they penalized him anyway , there's no reason to rush now.
I just hope he's got 'something' in-mind for this puppy...I've got way2many zombies in my portfolio already...don't need another one.

hmmm...we might just have something here guys...this guy really gets around.

I think you are correct, this stock has been inert for the past month. Although you never know when one of those $20,000 price swings might come through. lol.
