I'd like to know how many kits at least roughly? Mr. Aguilar the forensic director, decided to start to use Identa kits in a short time.

I'd like to know what sort of projection management puts on future sales for Mexico.......BALLPARK? Mr. Aquilar also informed Mr. Schapiro that the purchasing orders will be issued before March 2005.

I'd also like to know how many additional new machines IDTA will put in their new plant or else why the expansion?.

Otherwise there is absolutely no meat in this Enchilada whatsoever just another tentative squint through rose colored glasses. Been there done that. No where near good enough if this company is seriously going fully reporting like they'd have you believe.

Many hundreds of officers from Oregon and Washington states participated at this convention. Identa Corp. was represented by Mr. Ron Goldner from G-Marketing. G-Marketing is one of the companies marketing our products in the U.S.A.

The following e-mail was received from our representative at the ONEA convention.

Hi Yaacov,

I was at the ONEA (Oregon Narcotics Enforcement Association) convention and today I had a chance to do a demonstration.

I tested paper that was drenched in ecstasy (liquid!!!!!) and marijuana. Both tests performed 100%.

The main feature of our detectors as being definite (lab level), on the spot (field) was warmly appreciated by the participants.

One of the biggest concern for the professional user with the current detectors used by them (NARK) is the safety problem. With NARK or other detectors (nik, narco pouch etc.), it is always possible that the glasses from the ampoules will cut the plastic bag burning the user fingers.

This basic safety problem does not happen with our Identa - Stinger drug detectors - (we are using a durable plastic); this was very appreciated by the audience.

I was asked about the cost of the kits vs. NARK (the kit in use today in Oregon, former Sirchie, similar to NIK). My answer was that we are competitive and that we save money. Moreover, the 2 year shelve life was a very positive pitch.

I left with the officer (Lt.) in charge of narcotics in the crime division of the state police one of our suitcase with kits (20 KITS). He is going to give it to a task force, his lab people for practical observation and then we will move on to a full pilot testing.

I made connection with other departments (from Oregon and Washington states) and I will be following up on it. Some might go ahead and order without a pilot project.

All this is in Oregon, the Washington people will follow what Oregon does.

Over all it was good for us and we are moving forward.

I converted the North Miami PDF file to Power point and presented it continually. It was a very good thing as the officers were able to relate to an on the street account of using the kit. (I attached a copy for your use).

1. Identa Corp. participated in the California Narcotic Officers' Association (CNOA) conference in San Diego, USA. Our representatives at the conference report that there was a great deal of interest in our products and that they made initial contacts with dozens of police organizations and representatives of various district attorneys' offices.

As already announced, Identa will be participating in a similar conference in Oregon in about two weeks.

Building on the success of the conference in San Diego, we have decided as part of the 2005 work plan to participate in a number of conferences organized by the Narcotics Officers' Association in the following states: Illinois, Florida, Texas, California and others.

I don't know any more re the details you ask about and I'm not sure if specifics re contracts would be available to the public yet if still in negotiation. From the press release it looks like marketing agreements in Europe may be reached within the next couple of weeks or so. (my interpretation and opinion)

My understanding is the CEO is very glad to get email from investors and shareholders and that he tries to respond to them fairly quickly. You might want to run some questions by him personally to get some feedback. There may be a limit to what he can share with us at this point, but making contact with the company is very helpful to each individual when doing due diligence research on investments. (in my opinion)

IDTA - Agreement with company from Switzerland.

The CEO of Identa Corp. returned from his trip to Zurich, Switzerland after holding a successful meeting with representatives of local marketing companies about marketing the company and its products in Switzerland.

The meeting took place with representatives of the following companies:

International Business Development

After about two months of negotiations conducted over the phone and review of documents, a meeting was held in Switzerland. At the meeting, the parties agreed to cooperate and to sign a multi-year agreement within two weeks.

The Swiss companies will represent Identa in the professional and civilian markets in Switzerland.

During the meeting, Identa's CEO reported that initial contacts had been made with the Swiss customs authority which expressed interest in ordering kits for field testing of the products.
In addition, the companies indicated their interest in marketing the products in the civilian market throughout Western Europe, leveraging their contacts with a number of multinational chains engaged in the field of healthcare.
