So when I came here a few days ago pointing out that common shareholders won't get any consideration in the merger and even showed you an 8k about it, you make it sound as if I don't know what I'm talking about and that I should "put 2 and 2 together" and load up. Then a few days later you post the above statement. Really good job.

I noticed that it had two similar events previously where it spiked to 0.50 then dropped back down in 2010 and 2014. Same trap? What was the reason for those spikes?

Thoma Bravo already launched a SPAC in Jan'21 - ticker:TBA (link). I think "TBA" SPAC might be used to take Meridian public. Majesco - was just taken private by Thoma Bravo in September 2020 link. Whats the logic in taking it public again in less than 6months from taking it private??!?

This is not true. They weren't added recently. I thought they were too, but then do a little DD. They've been in the company since last year. Merger went through and commons got nothing. Then they filed dark. It's an empty shell. Read the 8k

It just means they dont have to file reports to sec. Shareholders are still fine.
