Rumored Reason for Jonathan Kim's Board Departure

The Exobox team has removed Jonathan Kim's bio from the website. I post an archived copy here for information purposes:

"Jonathan Kim is Senior Vice President of Operations for Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen, overseeing the 8 Gringo’s restaurants along with their new restaurant concept, Bullrito’s. Gringo’s is a full-service chain of Tex-Mex restaurants that has been in business for more than 15 years, with eight Gringo’s locations all over the greater Houston area and in San Antonio. Mr. Kim brings to Exobox his considerable general business operations expertise and is a substantial shareholder in the Company."

I found the Bullrito's Press Kit online that contained the following information about Mr. Kim: "Jonathan Kim (operations)
Jonathan began his restaurant career in 1986 with Birraporetti's Italian Restaurant while attending classes
at the University of Houston. In 2000, Jonathan joined the Gringo’s team as the general manager of the
La Porte store. Now, Jonathan is ”bowled” over with Bullritos® (he prefers the bowl to the burrito) and is
overseeing all aspects of the business operations. And with tons of industry expertise, it’s safe to say,
Jonathan “runs” the bulls."

I also serve on the board of directors for a publicly traded software company." - Apparently he hasn't updated that last part.

They ran out of money in June as per the company, fact
ANSWER: I believe they are still in business today

They will not generate a revenue until 2010 as per the company, fact
ANSWER and CORRECTION: They previously indicated they would not "break even" cash flow wish until 2010 based upon the information they had at their disposal in April, question: has their fortunes changed?

Directors that were a big deal when they were added, up and quit as per the company, fact
ANSWER: Directors were brought in to comply with Sarbanes Oxley, they met that deadline and MAY OF been in default since then, It would not surpise me if some directors had outlived their usefullness on the board, I would suspect that when we know whether or not sufficent financing is obtained a new set of directors will be installed with that announcement


They still have not made a sale as per the company, fact
ANSWER: this is not an accurate statement, I know that to be a fact sir.


Kevin Regan does not know what he is doing as per his PR's that just suck.
ANSWER: I have not heard the wind blowing yet, but agreed they could use a more common sense polished approach sometimes

The mixer was great,
ANSWER: Yes it was, I was there

the 2nd product was obviously in beta testing.
ANSWER: yes it sure appeared it was, seemed to me they waited as long as they could not to disclose what ExoDetect was all about (why- I am lead to understand that ExoDetect does not employ any of the technology that they have patents on) - Therefore, I personally do not think ExoDetect was met to be their bread and butter, but simply a portion of the foundation in Exosystems suite of products. The fact that what they have released thus far is being used by contractors of the government agencies we want to do business with is promising

No announcements on that though.

The PR's should have gone like this, the mixer, the 2nd product in development, the 2nd product is going so well we will be releasing it on such date, website update, channel partner. He is just throwing stuff out in a bipolar way with no lead up into anything.

ANSWER: well it appears that some folks are buying as fast as others sell, doesn't it. Maybe that is why the price per a share (in spite of heavy insiders selling, is stubbornly holding, if a penny move changes the game, then I should not be investing )

ANSWER: yeppers, sure got that right if you listen to past management representations, but they changed directions and like it or not, we gotta live with that and its new timetable, which they have not fully disclosed to us

When the EOY and quarterly come out this will drop, I believe it will drop before as no one will want to be holding during that time.
ANSWER: I hope that is already priced into the price per a share, the EOY will not be revenue friendly I do not believe given it was the first month that they were selling the product
