I hate to say it, but the best way to get your shares back is to buy more. Buy small amounts of shares in those stocks that were removed from your account. You then have a leg to stand on in your fight with the brokerage, as well as some great evidence to use against them in a potential lawsuit.

Max- I spoke to Etrade and complained for hours. They indicated to me that all stocks (I have 4) that were removed from my account, but had volume today would be returned to my account tomorrow.

So I may have gotten them to reverse their decision. I am not sure if this applies to everyone or just me.

I will send you a message tomorrow and tell you if the shares are back in my account. If they are, I will give you the guy's name and number that I dealt with so you can try and get the same deal as well.

I'm grabbing more based strictly on the insanely nice share structure and attention it got now. Regardless of news, this one ran to .11 last time on no news at all....I believe the A/S is only 15mil....that's insane! This should be a nice play based solely on the numbers and charts
