Ron -- are you buying, selling, or holding your current position?
Best of luck.
Tom
Hi Ron,
I was wondering whether the CFO indicated the management team would like to pursue an uplisting (to the OTC-BB or the AMEX), or whether management is content remaining on the Pink Sheets in the near future?
Thanks for your insights.
Best of luck.
Tom
Hi Ron,
I was wondering if you have ever asked the CEO whether he actually WANTS the stock to be "discovered" in the investment community... Or whether he simply wants to be public so that individuals who are original owners have the means to sell if and when they want funds... (Another similar highly profitable stock which I think we have discussed - AGTC - management has told me outright that they do not want to become widely known...)
Just wondering, if I invest in LKSC, whether there is a desire on the part of management to diversify the investor base or whether they want to remain under the radar screen...
Thank you for your thoughts...
Best of luck.
Tom
Thanks Ron... I have not yet initiated a position but anticipate beginning during the summer of 2007... At the end of 2007 I would ideally like to own 250K shares... I am also a LT holder with an anticipated investment holding period for this stock of 3-5 years... So we will be in the same boat together in another two or three quarters...
Best of luck.

I've picked up 360,000 shares at prices of between 15 to 25 cents. I did get a call from the CFO, naturally the conversation was general, but as he pointed out, they can generally get a return of their investment dollars in about 2 years, so they aren't worried as much about the higher priced debt. There is a lot of work that they also do when things slow down because they have to take down everything and it brings in service revenues.
I'd like to see more interest in the company and if they could get this thing listed, it would be great. If it drops, I may buy more, I put in bids from time to time.
I'm a very long term holder, so I'll be here probably for a few years. Good luck to you as well!
Ron -- May I ask in what price range you accumulated a position and how long ago? Thanks and I understand in advance if you do not wish to comment.
Best of luck.

Hi Ron -- Yes, I received a response from the IR individual at the Company to recheck the Pink Sheets database where I found the financial statements...
I was also puzzled by the 15% interest rate on the debt... Seems to me that the Company could obtain a bank revolving line of credit facility (perhaps secured by Accounts Receivable) for maybe 8-9% interest rate... Not sure why management is not pursuing that situation especially when the Company is growing and could clearly use a line of credit...
I agree that this is a stock worth holding and I plan to establish an initial position during 2007... Hopefully in the area of 0.08-0.12 per share... Every once in a while there is a burst of volume... Last time was about 150K shares traded in a day at prices of 0.13-0.15...
I will check in from time to time on the message board (which I have bookmarked as a "Favorites")...
Best of luck.

Tom, if you go to pinksheets, and click on the financal pages, you'll see their financial reports:
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/finance.jsp?symbol=LKSC
Last Quarter was earnings of 1.7 cents per share. I've also e-mailed the president and left a message. I did hear from one of their earlier promotors that told me one of the reasons the stock was depressed was because the reverse merger didn't go off the way that they expected (they had hoped to be a reporting company). From what he said, they are just very busy.
I'm just holding it thinking they will get it all together sooner or later. Only thing I don't like is lack of cash and some of the higher priced debt 15%? But on 15MM shares at 15 cents, it's a risk based on good earnings.

I just sent an email to LKSC President Porfirio (Simon) Simoes requesting a copy of the historical financial statements for (1) the most recent fiscal third quarter (ended 12/31/2006), and (2) the most recent fiscal year (ended 03/31/2006).
Hopefully he will respond to my request and send the financial statements, and if so then I will share on this message board.
Best of luck.

Hi Ron -- I am looking at LKSC at your recommendation... I was wondering where you found current or historical financial statements... I do not see any on the Pink Sheets database...
