Just got off the phone with a broker who cold-called me wanting me to get into LOR. He did eventually take No for an answer, but I'm planning to keep it on my watchlist. He told me of a couple of extremely large insider buys, but I don't see those buys yet. I've only glanced at it briefly, but the fundamentals look awful (though improving) and I don't need to know how to read tea leaves to see that it's got a hideous chart. They're also bleeding cash like crazy and only have a little over a year of it left at this rate. Their CEO is 75 years old and draws a $2.0M salary. On the flip side of that same coin, I tend to gravitate toward stocks that nobody seems to want (if I have reasonable expectations of people wanting them in the future), they seem to be ebbing the cash-bleeding slowly but surely, just had a very substantial earnings surprise, and their forecasted earnings for next quarter are better than what they actually hit this quarter. I have no idea what the short interest is, but the broker said it's very large. Currently trading at $1.93. I'm not taking a position in this one and will just keep an eye on it. I'm putting myself in as Moderator for now, but anyone who wants it is more than welcome to it. My use of this board will be largely passive. Bob Zumbrunnen
