They have owned those shares for almost a year now. Also what are they going to merge with; the only thing left is the shell. The bank was closed up by the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. All banking services were transferred to Mutual of Omaha Bank.

Now if someone wants to do something with the shell then that is another story. And looking like someone painted the price up by hitting the ask, I would say either that was a costly fat finger, or something might be in the works for this shell.
