so they just made a new video a week ago.
This concept seemed so promising, could totally see a link on fb profiles, this coulda gone viral and you coulda owned shares.
but some retards with an agenda made complaints to the sec because they made a bad investment and want to punish everyone. They like getting that gold star. They are the people who make bad decisions and then try to rectify them but in a catch 22 scenario are causing more damage. Like Tamio who has kids, is very intelligent, pro hockey player. couldnt forsee morons trying to poke holes in a fully reporting shell that he took over. These new frienemies are all over ihub. They are trying to protect the investor. They go after the little fish, lol and thats the sad part! with all the problems in this world sexual predators, financial institutions, drugs.
I did a lot of dd on this guy and co. seemed like a diamond in the rough. I guess I will go play a gold mining stock or an APS pick because they are legit and they make money, lol.

all of the Respondents are delinquent in their periodic filings with the Commission, have repeatedly failed to meet their obligations to file timely periodic reports, and failed to heed delinquency letters sent to them by the Division of Corporation Finance requesting compliance with their periodic filing obligations

They have to file a 15C 2-11. Looking at the suspension, that will also mean filing financial statements between the periods ended June 30, 2005 and June 30, 2009.

This just means a lot of work and a lot of money.

I got nervous as soon as I saw people looking for ways to prove this is a scam! They start making complaints to the sec and voila.

There were only two links on a search I could find that showed it as a subsidiary and it appears the text of those is the same so it is not much of a confirmation.

One could be a mistake and the other just picked up the text in it's publication.

What I said was that the buyer of the shell is Taanen LP, which was the parent company of Pavillion at one time.

Parent and subsidiary are not the same company and I never stated they were.

and you would be wrong about that also. Pavillion energy NEVER at any time bought back this shell. Helen Hayes was a nominee and the shell was passed on to another firm that the buyer had because the audit on the financials released by Sterling in last year's 10 K couldn't be finished in time. So, hence a new company is in the shell.

Actually as much as I like the concept and possibilities of Matchtrade.com it's best to look at the facts involved.

The shell was sold to Taanen, L.P.

But Pavilion Energy Resources, Inc. operates ( or use to before it became a shell by selling it to Hayes for a few months time) as a subsidiary of Taanen, LP.

So it appears that Sterling sold the shell to Helen Hayes , who then turned around and sold it back to the parent company of Pavilion Energy Resources.

That does not prove that Sterling is involved still since it is Tamio Stehrenberger who is the only principle and registered agent of Taanen LP. Sterling plays no part in that according to all filings.

At this point it is not Sterling who should be in question since he is no longer involved according to all filings. The only questions should be if Stehrenberger acted in good faith since he is now the CEO and his company Taanen LP , which use to be the parent company of PVRE before the sale to Hayes, now owns the majority control of Matchtrade.com.

Although according to filings of ownership he divested all his holdings as reported in the last 10k and in the 8k Change in control. ( note...another principle who may have a relation to P. Sterling control numbers do differ. Shae Sterling reported
14,350,000 in the 10k and 7,350,000 in the 8k. It's possible she divested but it is not known what happened to those shares). But the fact remains according to the filings they gave up all beneficial ownership. If true they could hold no shares at all beyond what is reported in the 8K.

But the one thing that is certain is the numbers included give up all control in the Common and Series A and B preferred stock.

And Tamio Stehrenberger is the only principle and registered agent of Taanen LP.

It is interesting to say the least.

Because if so all along it would be Tamio Stehrenberger as the puppet master pulling all the strings while they submit SEC filings as PVRE through all these changes of control, not Sterling. Unless of course they are working together, but that is only speculation.

For arguments sake it could be said that the 8K is truthful and Sterling and company are out for good.

I understand that Sterling has an unsavory type reputation when it comes to stocks and shareholders, and thanks for the warning. If this is the actions he has been taking in conjuncture with Tamio Stehrenberger then it could be something for investors to be aware of going forward.

But there is no doubt whoever is actually in control they will not leave the OS at 386,296 IMO.

That leaves an illiquid stock and any investor going in should realize that.
