We are nearing the successful end of the bankruptcy protection proceedings. Soon the full management effort will be focussed on business operations.

National Boston Medical Plan Of Re-organization Confirmed

BOYLSTON, MA, Apr 09, 2001 (INTERNET WIRE via COMTEX) -- On April 5, 2001 the United States Bankruptcy Court
for the District of Massachusetts (the "Court") held a hearing concerning the Plan of Reorganization submitted by National
Boston Medical, Inc. (OTCBB PINK: NBMX). At the hearing the Court entered an order confirming the Plan which order
will become final on or about April 16, 2001 (to the extent of no appeal which the Company does not expect). In
accordance with the Order the provisions of the Plan will become effective on or about April 25, 2001. With the Court
proceedings largely behind them, management will now focus its' full attention on the implementation of its' Business Plan
including the continued development of the Bontempi Surgical Instruments business and the preparation of the Form
10SB to bring the Company back to fully reporting status.
As previously announced, National Boston will continue implementation of its' Bontempi sales hiring and product
distribution program. This program will include full distribution of the Bontempi products throughout the U.S. and Canada
over the next several months.

I can not get much public information, but they seem to all be doing well.
