Total debt -$863,325.00, Earnings $0.00, Clinics "0", Accounts receivable "0", Assets "0", Only source of income "selling shares", Float 1.2++ BILLION shares, Going concern whether they will even stay in business.
To sum it up it looks like all debt, no assets, no money, no money even on the horizon, no clinics, per the last PR's no management (at least that we know of). With a position that they are in I would have to add IMO of course that no financial lending would touch them to ever open a clinic. What would they pay them with, shares ?? ROFLMAO. Has anybody read the recent Quarterly Report. WOW it doesn't look good. In fact I don't think I have read one where there is all debt and not one (1) asset to report. Not bashing just facts by the company.

Going Concern....There is substantial doubt that the company can continue as a going concern.

They are only operating by selling shares. Read it yourselves.
Options left open to the company IMO are #1). Reverse Split and try again or #2). Bankruptcy, Chapter 11. If I were them I would go with option #1. Because with over 1.2 BILLION shares in the float alone they are almost maxed out and there is no money, no clinics so they can't make any money, all debt and no known management. Just IMO. humbletrader - Do you still think they'll PR before the end of August? The spread on this is ridiclous. The MMs have pretty much managed to halt trading with the spread. Have you heard anything else from them since you spoke with them?

My God, people talking RS? Shoot, they just did a FORWARD split. The sharp decline happened WEEKS after..... There was a disgruntled shareholder dumping Millions of shares, but that seems to have dried up. MMs are scooping up all they can at these low levels before PR comes out........

OMG, gh, the Raging Bull basher is over HERE. This guy is relentless y'all. There is NO reverse split coming. I actually spoke with the IR guy yesterday. He said to expect a PR by the end of the month, and that they are taking all possible steps to get the PPS back to previous levels and beyond. The number .50 was mentioned as a target.

Does anybody think they will do a reverse split to lower this 1.2+ BILLION share float that they presently have here ?? Good luck.

Why does the Pink Sheets company information for NADE show a Float of only 100,000 shares when the Float is really 1,200,600,000 BILLION shares ?? Per the Transfer Agent as of 7-21-05. Must be because this company is so honest and upfront.

Yes, you do need some schooling on how splits work. When a stock splits more shares are issued, but the price is adjusted accordingly. When this stock split on 5/19, it was valued at $17.00. It split and became 1/100th of the price it used to be, thus making it .17. Now everyone has more shares at a lower price, leaving the market cap the same. It traded up to .25 for a while and then fell for seemingly no reason. When a stock splits it does not need to correct itself by dropping because it doesn't become overvalued suddenly. If this were true, what company in its right mind would split their stock? The drop in price from .25 to .01 is a mystery to me and probably most others. IMO this stock is very much UNDERVALUED and probably a decent buy based simply on technicals alone.

CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG... NADE hovered around .25 for awhile and did a funky forward split 100-to-1, which to my understanding means they've given stockholders 99 shares for every one share they previously owned. So this means the stock was basically diluted a hundred-fold, right? And now it's fallen to about a penny, which is only a twenty-five-fold decline from where it was when it was hovering around a quarter. So... doesn't this mean that NADE is still valued at 4X where it was when it was around .25 (before the split)? In other words, OVER-VALUED. Wouldn't it have to fall to .0025 to balance out the forward split that was done? I'm relatively new at these microcaps so maybe I'm missing something here, but it seems like there's still plenty of downward room for NADE to travel before it starts to rise like some are predicting. I probably just need a little schooling on how these 100-to-1 forward splits work, so feel free to chime in.

I asked about the increase and she pointed out that this was due to the forward split, lets do the math.

If the O/S was 10M before the split, 10M * 100 = 1Billion..This still jives with the drop to .16 cents and does not explain why we're at .01 right now...

A good question is why they split so drastically.. A 1:10 would have created liquidity but not in such excess...

There's all kinds of talk on Raging Bull about a major share dump. People who have spoken to transfer agents are claiming that there are suddenly 1.5 billion outstanding shares. I bought into this stock at a penny a few days ago. I sold a quarter of my shares on Friday for .012. If people are right about the outstanding share figures, the stock should obviously be lower than a penny; however, I think there's good reason to believe that 1.5B isn't accurate.

well i will be first.The big question is what is up with the decline in the pps??? From .20 to .009 in a very short time.Somebody know the answer please post here.
