Well I am reading a couple of different post from you, so next question. If you give up the Chicken man board will you still be sending out your e-mail updates? Like many I read the boards and try and decifer fact from fiction. One thing I have learned is nothing other than death is for certain. Thanks for the info you provide.

They haven't started trading yet and the NRRI symbol won't be valid, as I believe they will now start to trade on the AMEX. When ? Geez, I hope soon.

based upon financials they'll be submitting. I understand pinksheet trading will only be temporary as they fulfill their NYSE requirements. Should be interesting.

Hi IHDR,

I followed you over here from Lyric Land...Are you sitting on a nice new egg over here waiting for it to hatch? I will check it out, I think I saw a link on this board, anyway...So, do you have an IPO target Price and date? And did I read that they are going straight to the NYSE?

Anyway, I know I should not ask questions before I do any DD, so I will go do my job as an informed investor and return, return with more questions, huh?

NRG just bought a bunch of land in Victorville for new plant. Just had conversation with VP. NYSE is still the nearterm goal.

The JA Group (out of Japan) just bought over 10% ....

of the company and they now want to start trading on the NYSE instead of the pinks. The paid $20 million I believe. This came from V.P. I spoke with 2 days ago. Symbol will no longer be NRRI of course and they're not sure what symbol they will get as of today.

If they land this $80 million dollar deal with the Russian railroad folks and 1/2 is profit, that translates to $1.00 a share in earnings all by itself. From what I've been told by management, this deal is all but signed. That's just one deal of many.

It seems as though this company has been quite active during the early stages of 2006, setting up contracts, deals, launches ... seems to be setting themselves up for some good early trading.

Glad to make the 1st post here, knowing that NRG Resources will be a household name in a year or so. I'm participating in the IPO as well as many others. We're excited to see this thing start trading.
