Is this company out of business, or what? Is there any value left in the stock?
Is this in regards to a different stock? How does this platform trading work? Is it for anyone?
Sounds like there is huge potential.
Yes, but the platform is the real value it can be used for broader purposes - serving the 500,000 eBay stores or gathering of materials for manufacturers.
And it's ready to go public?
www.US-BX.com
The platform can be used for other purposes too.
Stock still trades too. What do you have on mind?
XLPI, no SEC restrictions, company is no longer operational.
Looking for a shell with equity trade. Any ideas?
It's ashame really, but guess the run with the emulsified biofuels is over.
Also if you call the former director of investor relations, he says he no longer works for the company and cannot comment on any info. It looks as if a shell can be placed as soon as soon as the settlement is over on jan 10.
I think the sec has a hold on it tell the settlement is finished.
From my dd I would say the shell is available. What info are you looking for?
Hi Guys,
Does anyone know how to get ahold of this company? Is the shell available?
Thanks!
Someone may acquire the shell and maybe our stock will be worth something one day. If you're looking for renewable stocks you may want to check out CPWY. Good luck and happy holidays.
Thanks for the info. Hoping this one would be a good one. Looks like the natural man got the better of this company. It is what it is. Thanks and have a great Christmas!
What money, the company is defunct so there is no one to have the trading suspension lifted. Quotation may resume on the grey market, but, being that the company is defunct, what value do the shares have? The market cap will probably reflect the last quotation before the trading suspension, but it may just go to zero and disappear.
That sucks! Do you know what happens to the money in the market cap? It has to go somewhere....
No, you might as well just write this one off as a loss on your taxes.
So are we able to get the cash amount the sec froze it at?
We're fucked. The SEC has saved us! Now we have worthless shares that can't trade. This company has been dead for two years, now the SEC comes to save us. Washington bureaucracy at its best.
Yes, this one's finished. But it seems the real action in it was a year or more ago...
And there's litigation, too:

AND they're going for revocation of registration:

100k block buy @ .004
:)
Not familiar with the 2nd. As far as I can tell we have no operations. Wonder what's going on.
Been thinking that if NGBF is no longer or WTAR?
Someone acquiring the public shell maybe?
Resistance around .0047
And back when the Democrats controlled Congress and the White House, we couldn't even get any meaningful extension of the biodiesel tax credit. I wouldn't become very bullish here due to his reelection.
Obama wants BIOFUELS!
NGBF * 300k block @ .002
i dunno, been watching for a bit though
Anything going on here, or has this company finally bit the dust?
Yeah this just came up on my scans of biofuels. When they hired the new CEO after he ran the last company in the ground was there really any hope? Sorry don't remember the names but this is to bad especially with a somewhat promising product and patents.
Management broke this company a few years ago to the point that no one could bring it back. Oh well, maybe a R/M in a few years.
Website was taken down recently.
Move on. Nothing to see here. :)
Check out CPWY everyone, they have a similar market, but a much better financial footing and wider product base. However, it is also in the bargain basement right now. This may come back, but not right now. I don't even see a chance at all without the tax credit.
sure looks that way. sad to see ... i believe with a good team on board this could have been something.
IMO.
management just can't get their shit together, the last management team ran this company into the ground, this was a Nasdaq stock, I can't say it ever will be again unfortunately
Done dadda!! Ngbf is donzoo at least for me I'm.done with this company's sketchy bullshit! Sold this morn and wont be getting back in. Lesson learned for me..
News?? Thought we were expecting fins or at least something? At least its again in p.land for the moment..low volume

New Generation Biofuels (OTCQB:NGBF) is a publicly traded US-based technology company focused on providing biofuel solutions for your energy needs. We solve energy, economic, and environmental challenges that businesses and industries are facing through our proprietary biofuel technology.
Our fuel is a precision blended product made from new or recycled plant oil or animal fat feedstocks without using a complicated chemical reaction producing by-products. Our biofuels provide superior environmental and technical performance at a lower cost than traditional first generation biofuels.
Our technology is based on creating emulsions that can be used as a replacement for or blended up to 30% with distillate fuel, or heavy fuel oil. Co-firing with coal is also possible. An emulsion is a combination of liquids that naturally do not want to combine with one another. There are many examples of emulsions in the foods we eat (salad dressings, mayonnaise) and in the pharmaceutical industry. Our technology allows us to combine plant and/or animal oils, water, and proprietary additive packages to form fuels that can provide uniquely desired characteristics and solutions for the environmental, economic, and energy challenges we face in the world today.
Our technology out performs other technologies-including some petroleum based products-in key performance areas:
