You are here since March so go back to the longer term investments before cry out.... Once the wheel turn you will disappear
What do you get when you cross an insomniac, an agnostic, and a dyslexic?
Walter's a clown. He's been misleading us for a loooong time. Elk Creek is a loser, because the 'management' team is full of clowns and bad character people. EXIM will NEVER fund this Executive team and Board. Our $ is going to zero soon. There will be another/final 10/1 RS....and that'll be it.....
And oh....IBC?? A total loser....following the total loser MS who ran it into the ground....lying scum...we've been 'had' ppl...
Fact is this. Walter is an egomaniac. He can march in ceo’s because he has established a network of buffoons that buy shares. Also a fact is that Walter is a buffoon in the mining sector. Just a cult leader and he loves that role.
Yes he should ask Walter that. A year ago Walter told this fellow that his timing at $5 was perfect. Perfect if you want to evaporate wealth is the reality.
PutzMueler and Radar1977made the correct call on the SPAC.....should have been tabled. These posts are from the day we received the EXIM LOI.

I agree, the dynamics have changed big time.
We don’t need $300million while giving away 10 to one shares and then having a reverse split after that. Take the damn shelf registration down a little at a time and start building the mine.
If the company feels we need to reverse split sometime down the road because our dilution is too high that’s OK with me because it wasn’t a free giveaway to institutions adding millions of warrants.

This is the funding we needed. The SPAC merger with GXII should be taken off the table. $800 million means we don't need to dilute our shares with a merger anymore.
Shouldn't you ask Walter that?
Afterall he is the one praising your talent as an investor.
Just a thought.

Chartwise, and I did take several technical analysis courses for required contining education credits, this is if I recall correctly the outhouse dump chart formation.
Congratulations. You are truly a 1%er.
Is MP Materials on the TSX?
So how low pps would go?
I have paid off my NIOBW. The money I put in Schwab money market fund.
It was an is a necessary evil because no equity investment has ever been available from a mining house. Mark doesn’t go to PDAC, the world’s premier mining conference. He doesn’t want to talk with mining investor types, just fish. He quits the TSX, the world’s premier mining exchange. Why? Because they can see fakery is my guess. They made NB restate the scandium fs that used fantasy inputs.
lol, You are a funny dude Putz :)
"Under US law, corporate directors have a fiduciary duty to make decisions in the “best interests” of the company, which is often interpreted as maximizing shareholder return. Directors are often advised that pursuing mission at the expense of shareholder return risks litigation and perhaps even personal liability."
Again, these are just a few of many reasons why management will be forced to answer all our unanswered questions very soon. The team of cowards can run, but they cannot hide forever. This team has treated us like dirt, and it needs to stop!! We need to force them out so we can begin the healing process. BTW, I do not even care at this point if they "accomplish" the GOVT deal...You know that Govt “money” they said they did not want or have interest in pursuing because of all the nasty red tape?? I do have a brilliant solution on how NioCorp can raise money to build this mine!! Mark, especially "yes man with a tan" Jim Sims with guest appearances from shirtless Scott can make a NioCorp “ONLY FANS” page. Hell, Some of our posters will pay TOP DOLLAR to watch team NioCorp do what they do best....NOTHING. Our NioCorp fanboys can fund the construction of the whole mine in a week lol. Maybe look alike Harvey Weinstein and the Tall Man will make a special guest appearance....Of course we must pay the GXII boys an extra 20%+ fee for them to even consider being part of the show. Speaking of the jerkoffs at GXII I agree with Truth and Transparency and Dead-on Arrival. We must find the culprit who introduced mark to GXII. Mark is clearly not intelligent and even worse businessman, but he did not deserve to be taken advantage. Was mark of sound mind when he made this deal happen?? Were mark and others at NioCorp under duress when they signed off on this hellacious deal?? I like to leave on a high note with a dash of positivity like my buddy AO, We do have a Silver lining the share price is almost in the teens(.19,.18,.17ect (pre-split) so you know what time it is….It’s time to gobble up them cheap shares yet again…The gobble monster is out in full force so do not even try to steal my shares boys and girls. Gobble, Gobble, Gobble. In closing this should make us feel a little better. Look at what our good, solid, ethical boys who have our best interest at heart make per year running NioCorp into the ground.

Just my opinion but that does not seem plausible given that MS owns about 2,500,00 shares.
You kept telling me I made a grave mistake in selling all my shares pre-merger and that you were going to make tens of millions on this investment alone. Right behind the 200 million you made in LWLG. You told everyone that IBC was a great buy and they would be sorry for not investing a year ago.Never stay married to an investment that has fleas. You were awestruck by speaking to Dean(the dream)Kehler. Mark told me he was an honest man with great integrity. I told Mark he was wrong.
As I said before whoever hooked up Nio with GX made fools of the company. That was an easy read.
Seen it before. This is going to zero. What a shame and scam from management
I doubt management will step over the state line into Nebraska unless it is under the cover of darkness.
Serious question, why has there not been a plan developed to have a more palatable CAPEX plan to get things started? Can't they do something with like $500m to at least get operations started and revenue generated? I have never understood this.
Thanks in advance to any reasonable responses on such a (another) crappy day.
Who in this world can still trust this management who personally enrich themselves with bonuses and pay increases and this while the share price has been going down for a year, I would really be ashamed and embarrassed to give another speech to the shareholders !
WTF is going on ??!!
We need an update ASAP??!! …

Thanks for lowering yourself to my level, but where is the feasibility study? If we had the feasibility study when we were told it was gonna be there in several weeks we wouldn’t have any of these problems
And it’s just my opinion, but the reason we were told that, it’s so nobody would run away so they could do a 10 to one reverse split, While we all waited patiently for the feasibility study to come in several weeks
And in my opinion this forum wouldn’t be a cesspool if it wasn’t made into one by management.
Lwlg's isn't a cesspool?
And what about the 13 months since SPAC? Why no institutional investment?
Does anybody really think when Exim closes we will be sitting at this sucking shareprices?
I do not think so.
just a short reply as I believe this cesspool board is not the right forum to have a high level discussion.
Yorkville was a neccessary evil as a result of the failure of the Spac; If the Spac would have been a success we would have had the groundbreaking ceremony behind us. Management incorrectly assumed the Spac would bring in enough money. It did not . is that their mistake ? yes and No...
Fortunately we had Yorkville to continue or it would have been over and out. Now we are still alive and are in talks with EXIM for potential interesting financing terms.
That is why I am writing that Yorkville was a neccesary evil after Management wrongly assumed the Spac would be succesful. It is bridging the gap unfortunately with the result that the shareprice sucks but that will be temporarily.
Good to hear from you stark. Your investment story sounds very similar to mine. I can’t imagine what would have happened if they had not had Yorkville lined up given the low contribution of dollars from the SPAC. Now they just have to get over the finish line to EXIM.
What part of this advancement don’t you understand?
2023 Progress Positions NioCorp for Historic Advancements in 2024
https://www.niocorp.com/niocorp-issues-2023-year-in-review-report/
Don’t you feel like we’re advancing?
He had advancements with LWLG and Largo. And he is now advancing without the TSX
What more do you want?
Does he have to board up the windows to prove to you we are advancing?
Close to 3 years ago, Mark spoke of looking for a cornerstone investor to put up 25 million to get the ball rolling. An institutional investor stepping up with that much late last year could have meant a completed feasibility study by now.
Just don't understand why Yorkville was a necessary evil.
Hi Walter,
Why is Yorkville a necessary evil though? Two and a half years ago the company announced the $200 million shelf offering. Mark-
the shelf registration, he says, will open the door on the equity side, where he says the group is receiving 'tremendous interest' from institutions already.
Where did all that interest go? Why haven't institutions been trying to get in as the price drops?
Walter, your statement, "Yorkville was a necessary evil" is not followed by an explanation as to why. Did management have to get in bed with Yorkville? Were they forced to make arrangements with Yorkville on this type of toxic financing?
Management is accountable for the SPAC failure. With the mini banking crisis that unfolded before the deal was voted on, I think someone needed to hit the pause button. I also think many people had already voted their shares prior to the mini crisis which has been used for more of an excuse than is reasonable in my mind.
But Yorkville? SPAC deal was a failure (I hold management responsible). Yorkville was ill-advised (I hold management responsible). FS progress has been delayed due to lack of funds (I hold management responsible). Shareprice is pathetic (I hold management responsible).
Was there no failure mode analysis as part of project planning so they could recognize the possibility of a SPAC failure and how Yorkville financing could compound that failure? I'm not an engineer or a financial planning expert, but the possibility of the SPAC faceplanting and toxic Yorkville financing compounding a bad situation should have been recognized as a possibility. Where was the prospective thinking on all this? We have been mopping up the mess ever since. In some ways, the mess has been getting worse. Management is responsible and accountable, not a mini banking crisis. Management failed big time and we are shouldering the results of those failures.
Yes, management has been successful in accomplishing many great things and I give them credit for those things. I believe they are hard working solid individuals. But there have been some dismal failings and they don't get a pass from me. I personally do not have a lot of financial assets and I don't have the luxury of waiting many, many years for this asset to be profitable. My retirement has already been compromised by financial plans made 6-8 years ago that included some profit from Niocorp. I am losing money on this investment and if you factor in the time value of money, I am losing a lot of money after more than a dozen years of ever-lengthening timelines to completion. Needless to say, I am not happy with management's failures to deliver on expectations they have set and I'm tired of excuses. Can't sugar coat this. Can't change the past and I try to be forward thinking, but I'm not willing to turn my back on past failures. I agree that there is a big disconnect between shareprice and the real value of the project. I cannot bank any of the real value and that's a present day reality.
All's good Al. Doing just fine. Thank you for the concern.
“ Its not rocket science making money in the stock market “
Nope, not rocket science at all…..except if you went all in on Nioturd…
How’s that “Game Changer” NASDAQ working out for you? 🤔
You mean the tickers that enabled me to retire earlier than planned? LMFAOOOOOOO
As far as pumping goes, anybody who bought in to you inane pumping here for years and still hold are down a bundle.
Oh an by the way, in case you’ve not noticed that ticker you’ve bashed for a good period of time (H*MC) now trades higher than Nioturd, great job….🤣
You get a nice note from management thanking you for your donations and support all these years. For a bonus, you are getting rid of a two -bit exchange that never honors a bid or offer. This is a win-win for you.
What’s in it for me DOA?
Will your head be on the button?
Or better yet, your testicles.

Come on people, what do you expect from someone, from a Third World Country?
Or as some would call me a Toxic poster.
Lucky. Its not rocket science making money in the stock market but a rude awakening that mines take a very long time to develop. Profitable though if you have the patience to wait a long time or if your a new investor late in the game. That's why I think late comers like GMAN and th will do very well.
Dead on Arrival we need to sticky your post #111479
Investors with backbones will not take this lying down. I would like to know everyones opinon. Has NioCorp, BOD and GXII acted 100% in the shareholders best interest?

Sorry you missed that window. I was able to cash in hugely within the past 3 years on 2 separate and different tickers and retired at a younger age shortly thereafter….
All's good PR. I think if people talk with Al respectfully, he is able to respond in kind. At least that has been my experience. In the words of NorCal, 'maybe you guys should make peace' and move forward.
Oh yes. Had a couple chances to sell and retire but was too inexperienced and did not sell after move to TSX and Fox Interview with MS. All water under the bridge. EXIM is my 3rd and next opportunity if it all goes through to retire once and for all. I'm not as experienced as you in this realm and came very late in life to stocks. Still believe in the project and looking forward to the mine actually being built. I will be able to look back and say. "Why the hell did it take so long to get this built?" But, once it is, it will bring satisfaction knowing that I played a small part in its construction financing the company through my share purchases and all those years weren't entirely wasted. My interest in the project has not been exclusively monetary whether by design or default and at this point maybe more about just seeing the damn mine get built. Having said that, it doesn't mean I won't enjoy making a profit because to date I haven't but hoping that all turns around with E.X.I.M.
Don't waste your time with that youngster AO. I could not care less what that he/she says about me, after watching him/her incessantly pump the meme stocks down on a daily basis all the way down through drops of 80-90%. We know what we own here long term with this development stage project, although it is taking much longer than we have hoped. I have the patience and the assets to wait for the success down the road.
P.S. Yesterday T&T called me out for stating facts, which were re-confirmed with today's headlines confirming that "450 homes were totally destroyed" in the tornadoes that ravaged the Lincoln and Omaha areas on Friday.
Excellent points Walter. Yorkville may be a necessary evil but they have sold us down huge. We need to get rid of them and move forward with better funding options, e.g. Stellantis, EXIM, etc. As for the intrinsic value here, most understand and comprehend the significance of that, but these developing stage projects always take longer to come to fruition than everyone hoped.
Hi Walter, I also noticed one of the slides on which you can calculate the price multiply with a specific factor. I didn’t took the time to use this calculation sheet and make an excel spreadsheet to calculate the real value. I’m glad that some one want to make the calculations!
Must have went in to deep…
There was a period last year when I needed to raise capital for expenditures This year Ive been buying back and holding the closer we get to EXIM.
And how much are you down and have sold how many shares?
they/them have mislead others, how many fell for the gimmicks will be unknown, mislead nevertheless…..

Overview of the Elk Creek Project: http://www.niocorp.com/elk-creek-project/
U.S. Geological Society description of Elk Creek Carbonatite
"The Elk Creek carbonatite, located south of Lincoln, has the potential to be one of the largest global resources of niobium and rare-earth elements (REE). These REE's have many important applications in industry, including petroleum-cracking catalysis, steel alloying, and glass polishing, and as sources of permanent magnets and phosphorus for television and lighting.
The Elk Creek carbonatite is buried beneath about 500 feet of overlying rock and is known only from drill cores, which, until recently, have remained proprietary. Scientists from the USGS and the Conservation and Survey Division (CSD) of the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Nebraska--Lincoln have studied drill cores."

About NioCorp
NioCorp is developing a superalloy materials project in Southeast Nebraska that will produce niobium, scandium, and titanium. Niobium is used to produce superalloys as well as High Strength, Low Alloy ("HSLA") steel, which is a lighter, stronger steel used in automotive, structural, and pipeline applications. Scandium can be combined with Aluminum to make super-high-performance alloys with increased strength and improved corrosion resistance. Scandium also is a critical component of advanced solid oxide fuel cells. Titanium is used in various superalloys and has extensive uses in aerospace, defense, transportation, medical, and other applications. It also is a key component of pigments used in paper, paint and plastics.
