PinkBu, I haven't read Orchard's PLAN so I can't give a fair answer, but the name change to "liquidating" for both the common and Preferred shares gives a strong indication that the shares are likely to be cancelled.

It might be an idea to minimize risk, but read the PLAN first.

My adage is that some money is better than no money....if a BK company's shares are to be cancelled.

The Preferred shares are the only equity that could recover if other bidders make an offer for at least 80 stores...

hats a pretty good turn around Max from 8.00 next week even after the 10k was reported. they have till june 30 . so will see what happens tomarrow, I think it will spike with the day traders, how long it last will wait and see,

So freaking glad I dumped it at $4.00 yesterday. After hour trading look like it gonna hit rock bottom. Still gonna keep an eye on it just in case if they manage to settle things without bankruptcy. Than it might have a bounce back play.

Something's fishy about this. why would they wait till 2:50 just before the stock market closes for the weekend. this may be a short play, or manipulation of stock price ,there needs to be a SEC investigation in this. it does not add up.

Wow, this thing's on fire! It came up on one of my scans over the weekend. By the time I checked it out this morning it was already way up. But I still managed to trade a bounce for a nice little ~10% bump.

Just curious, do you know why this thing fell so far over the past year and why it's running so hard now?
